Nowadays, it is widely accepted that a critical element of success for a team is the diversity of skills and personalities. This diversity can be harnessed in such a manner that team members can use their strengths in full but at the same time compensate for each other’s weaknesses. Another critical element of team work success is that all team efforts are directed towards the same clear goals, the team goals. In this respect, team work success largely relies on good communication in the team and the harmony in member relationships. On the other hand, team building skills are critical for effective management and leadership. Team building skills are essential not only for those who are on a managerial and/or leadership role but for all employees, given that better understanding of team work can make an employee/team member more effective and efficient at professional level. The ‘Teamwork & Teambuilding: reach high & far’ course will equip the participants with essential knowledge and tips on how they can become better team members, how they can get their team to work more effectively as well as how to lead a team into success. The course gives emphasis on the essential tips for creating member teams, such as fostering open communication, building trust, setting clear goals and harnessing/capitalizing on diversity. This is a masterclass course taught by high-calibre trainers and professionals with vast practical experience in working and building up international teams.

We are an organization located in Agrigento, Italy. It is supported by the Italian Ministry of Internal.

We are applying for a KA104 Erasmus+ and we are looking for an European school with similar training in order to do “job shadowing” and exchange ideas and best practice, we're looking for an organization which is mainly based in immigrant and foreigners inclusion.

The SET C. project (Strength Empowers Teachers’ Competences in Adult Education, project number: 2017-1-HR01-KA204-035390) is aimed at improving skills and competences of adult educators.

Mūsdienās daudziem ir vispārēja izpratne par to, kas ir drāma, un ieguvumiem, ko tā sniedz valodu apguvējiem. Tāpēc esmu iecerējusi atgādināt sev un citiem interesantiem, cik lielā mērā šo metodi var piemērot, sākot mācīt latviešu valodu kā svešvalodu izglītojamajiem bez priekšzināšanām.

General objective
The project aims to explore new educational models apt to motivate the learning process in schools.

The main point of the proposal is the idea of an ​​"outdoor school", an outdoor way of teaching that engages students in “field studies” to collect information useful for developing knowledge and for reflection.

The entire project is set up with the strategies of the flipped classroom and the cooperative learning process.

Psühhodraama meetodeid kasutatakse tänapäeval väga laialt. Lühikursusel jagamegi tegevuslikke loovmeetodeid, mida saab ohutult kasutada nii teistes psühhoteraapia koolkondades kui ka laiemalt – õpetamises, sotsiaaltöös, (projekti)juhtimises, inimeste arendamises, jne.
Kursus sobib spetsialistidele (nõustajad, psühholoogid, sotsiaaltöötajad, pereterapeudid, noorsoo- ja lastekaitsetöötajad, õpetajad ja õppejõud, coachid), kes töötavad inimestega
nii individuaalselt kui viivad läbi grupiviisilist arendust.

Piektdien, 24. janvārī, notiks starptautiska konference “Ceļā uz kvalitatīvām darba vidē balstītām mācībām Baltijā un ārpus tās”, ko organizē Izglītības un zinātnes ministrija ES Erasmus+ programmas  projekta „Jaunu pieeju izmēģināšana prakšu vadītājiem skolās un uzņēmumos darba vidē balstītās mācībās (TTT4WBL)” ietvaros. 

The ASIDE project intends to support inclusive education and digital skills, improving the competences in the digital social inclusion of adult social educators and adult social volunteers. Our project addresses social inclusion through the definition of a portfolio of basic digital competencies that are necessary for developing Information and Communication Technology-based social inclusion initiatives/services
More precisely, our project aims to:

Training manual on Environment & Organic Farming was issued under CONATURE project and is suitable for the organic farmers, Natural & Cultural Heritage experts or educational institutions dealing with the programs for adult learners in the field of Environment & Organic Farming. In other words, the training manual serves for those who take care of the knowledge management transfer to other descendants and who are concerned in the Cultural and Natural Heritage of their ancestors. The key objective of the training manual is to support the adult learners with the best practices, practical activities, up-to-date facts and methodology on Environment & Organic Farming. The material enables the learners to acquire innovative methods, approaches and technologies and thus to increase their professional competencies.

As a result of the successful collaboration of the Institute for the Advancement of Education of the Republic of Serbia and the OSCE Mission to Serbia, new handbooks for primary and secondary school teachers have been prepared to provide assistance and support in the implementation of new Civic Education programs.

Az IT-t sújtó munkaerőhiány enyhítésére találták ki és igen népszerűek a 3–12 hónapos informatikai képzések. Azonban az IT-ra jellemző állandó változás menedzseléséhez olyan gondolkodásmódra van szükség, amit az egyetemi képzés biztosít. Már ha engedik a vállalatok a diákoknak befejezni tanulmányaikat.
