Within the EPALE project which is being implemented in Montenegro, NSS has organized the conference entitled "Andragogical competences of teachers", November 30th 2018 in Budva. One of the main results of the EPALE project in Montenegro, andragogical textbooks for adult educators were presented on the conference. Among the speakers within the program, Šefika Alibabić, PhD, professor at the Department of Andragogy, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, one of the experts who participated in designing the textbooks spoke about the similarities and differences of the curricula for functional elementary education of adults on European level. Prof. Alibabić reflected on the competences considered key within the frameworks of various national curricula for adult education. The difference we will focus on in this article is the one between the curricula of two neighbouring countries: Montenegro and Serbia.

The paper analyses the role of teachers and of education in encouraging the development and practice of critical thinking in teaching of adults. The focus of theoretical discussion are constructivist and cognitive approaches to defining critical thinking, but also the results of various current studies that point to important implications for the teaching practice and the learning process of adults. The paper strongly supports a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to studying and application of critical thinking development.

Bearing in mind the specific nature of education, training and upskilling of prisoners during their prison term, and the ambivalent relationship that the profession and the science have towards that kind of practice, in this article we have tried to answer the following questions by analyzing the data from the Administration for Enforcement of Penal Sanctions: who are the educators, and what is the initial education of staff employed in services providing qualification and employment training practice.

This paper explores the praxis of Dorothy Heathcote as a paradigm in its own right, making strong links with the work of Paolo Freire, Carl Rogers and Augusto Boal. Having provided this background I consider in particular Heathcote’s last model – Rolling Role. I then explore how by adopting this paradigm, her praxis engages learners into a practice which is also a paradigm in its own right, allowing them to engage in their own research into themselves and their own learning.

A tanulmány a tanulási stratégiákkal foglalkozik, a témán belül pedig specifikusan a nem hatékony, azaz maladaptív tanulási stratégiákkal, mint az önhátráltatás, a halogatás, a perfekcionizmus és a defenzív pesszimizmus. Bemutatásra kerülnek a témában megjelent jelentősebb szakirodalmi megközelítések, a fontosabb fogalmak és összefüggéseik, és a nem adaptív tanulási stratégiák korrigálási lehetőségei. Elméleti, szakirodalmi összegzésről lévén szó, a tanulmány célja az eddigi eredmények szintetizálása és összefoglalása, valamint pedagógiai szempontból releváns részeinek kiemelése.

Transversale competenties als communicatie en leiderschap zijn cruciale overdraagbare vaardigheden voor toekomstige werkplekken. Hoe kunnen we deze ontzettend belangrijke, maar soms ook zeer subjectieve vaardigheden ontwikkelen en beoordelen? Binnen het project DEVELOP, dat wordt geleid door een trans-Europees consortium en medegefinancierd door de EU, wordt een onlineomgeving ontwikkeld voor zowel het meten als het ontwikkelen van deze vaardigheden. Hierin worden verschillende technieken verwerkt, zoals methoden op basis van spellen, sociaal leren en AI-planning, om uiteindelijk gebruikers te helpen hun loopbaan verder te ontwikkelen. Projectmanager dr. Kto pisze i składa wnioski projektowe, a potem wygrywa granty, ten zna uczucie radości i satysfakcji z możliwości wdrożenia i rozwinięcia własnego pomysłu (czy organizacji, w której pracuje). Czasami trwa to tylko kilka miesięcy, czasami aż kilka/naście lat. Projekty rządzą się jednak zasadami, które są jasne ich realizatorom już na starcie: finansowanie - jak duże by nie było – kiedyś się kończy. Czy przysłowie mówiące o tym, że nie można czegoś zrobić, gdy brak do tego odpowiednich środków dotyczy także projektów, których finansowanie się zakończyło? Z moich doświadczeń wynika, że nie.

Handcaft 'EBRU' started to not to be forgotten traditional turkish handcrafts at schools in KÖŞK 

Ebru painting is  distinctive genre of aqueous art used to produce mesmerizing works. Particularly popular in Turkey  , Ebru paintings are produced using dyes, a water-based solution, and a set of unique tools. Like printmaking, Ebru works of art are created by transferring designs, patterns, and motifs onto sheets of paper, fabric, and other canvases.
