Aujourd'hui, second ensemble de conseils pour les formateurs débutants. Dans le texte précédent, nous avons pris l’essentiel de la place dans la salle de formation. Aujourd'hui, nous examinerons de plus près les mouvements du formateur sur le marché de la formation. À mon avis, il s'agit d'un domaine tout aussi important sur lequel vous devez vous pencher dès le début. Le problème est simple : un formateur qui ne vend pas ses services n'aura pas la possibilité de développer ses compétences dans des salles de formation.

EPALE m'a demandé de formuler quelques conseils pour les formateurs qui commencent leur travail dans ce rôle pour ceux qui se tiennent au commencement de cette voie. Ce fut pour moi une occasion intéressante de regarder mon travail du point de vue d’un entraîneur d’âge moyen (39 ans, 15 ans dans des salles d’entraînement). Je sais que tous ces conseils ne sont que l'expression subjective d'une phrase et la traitent de la sorte. Je compte cependant que pour ceux qui affichent une expérience, pour le moment, dans plusieurs mois, ce sera un "sermon" précieux.

KA1 we look for partners to exchange about Arts in formel/non-formel adult education

We wish apply KA1 ERASMUS+ in february 2019 to try to meet different associations/partners in Europe or in other countries and to think together

about KA2 ERASMUS+ project in 2020. The themes of the project could be : 

arts (theater, dance, puppets, music, etc) in the formel or non formel adult education ; how to make become aware institutions arts are as important as any other disciplines etc...

Mitt studiebesök i Polen i staden Piotrków Trybunalski gällde mobilitetsprojektet Erasmus+ och i det ingick jobbskuggning (job shadowing) i Fundacja Bądź Aktywny-stiftelsen. Stiftelsens mål är att på många sätt uppmuntra till ett aktivt medborgarskap, bl.a. genom att främja livslångt lärande och uppmuntra till verksamhet med lokala samfund. Stiftelsen drivs helt av volontärer utan verksamhetslokaler.

My study visit to Poland in Piotrków Trybunalski was associated with an Erasmus + mobility project and included job shadowing at the Fundacja Bądź Aktywny Foundation. The Foundation's aim is to encourage active citizenship in many ways, for instance promoting lifelong learning and encouraging the activities of local communities. The Foundation operates entirely by volunteers without premises.

First, the text provides a definition of the subject area of the in-service training (in-company continuing vocational training). Unfortunately, in-service training is rarely seen as an educational field of activity, where the public joint responsibility and active participation provide important regulatory frameworks beyond market radicalization and market failure. „Wolontariat we współczesnym świecie, zwłaszcza w krajach o rozwiniętych demokracjach, jest czymś naturalnym i nieodzownym – jest wyznacznikiem poziomu dojrzałości społecznej i obywatelskiej ludzi w każdym wieku i bardzo różnorodnych zawodów. (…) Wolontariat jako pojęcie pojawił się w Polsce wraz z przemianami towarzyszącymi odzyskiwaniu wolności i z trudem toruje sobie drogę do świadomości Polaków, bo często utożsamiany jest z rolami, które prezentują media – na przykład: młody człowiek z puszką zbierający pieniądze. To nie jest pełny obraz wolontariatu".

The concept of lifelong education as a relatively specific pedagogical and andragogical doctrine is unconditionally supported by the societies which tend to learn, change, democratize and follow the evolutional inclinations of the most prestigious part of the world. It refers to a particular philosophy of continuous learning taking in consideratioin that implies all types, stages, kinds, varieties and forms of education, providing equal rights to the acquisition of knowledge, skills and experiences to children, youth and adults.

The main objective of the 'School meets Business' project (SmB) is to strengthen Work-Based Learning (WBL) to enhance the link to the labor market and the quality of vocational education and training (VET), in line with the ongoing reforms in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia. This project, run by KulturKontakt Austria in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research in Austria, funded by the latter, is being implemented in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia in cooperation with ministries and agencies responsible for VET.
