V diskusi na listopadové téma EPALE - Role vzdělávání dospělých v budování kariéry - mě zaujal příspěvek z Finska, který upozorňuje na webovou aplikaci Positive CV. Jedná se o nástroj zejména pro děti a dospívající, prostřednictvím kterého mohou sami, nebo ve spolupráci s dospělými zaznamenávat proces svého učení. Důležité je, že se nejedná jen o školní úspěchy, ale i úspěchy v ostatních oblastech života. Může jít například o uspořádání bojovky pro kamarády nebo uvaření večeře pro celou rodinu.

Kalbindama suaugusiųjų švietimo lyderius jau ne pirmą kartą jų klausiu apie asmeninę mokymosi sėkmės istoriją. Šį kartą, bendraudama su Vilniaus „Židinio“ gimnazijos psichologe, „Epale“ andragoge išgirdau: „Mano sėkmės istorija yra pakeliui...Iš tikrųjų, taip ir manau, kad sėkmės istorija yra ne rezultatas, o kelias link jo. Tas kelias prasideda nuo sprendimo kažką daryti, daro lankstus per pasirinkimus, kur ir ką tobulinti bei veda link tolimo tikslo. Tikslas man yra būti geriausia savo versija, kad ir ką pasirinkčiau veikti“.

Why is it so difficult for adult educators to wear students’ shoes? Maybe we are talking about some kind of a dissonance here? On the one hand, they are teachers, in whom deep-rooted traditions, the need to gain recognition, and the title to "lead other adults” lie (more or less) dormant. On the other hand, they are mature and aware of the fact that many truths and solutions have proven invalid in the face of changes brought about by the post-modernity.

The CAFOC of Bordeaux wishes to digitalize some part of its training program to face new consumer behavior such as an increasing demand for customized and individualized learnings. That’s why the CAFOC searches for partnerships that will enable exchanges of best practices on such themes as: Training sequences on an electronic form Impact of digitalization on the relationship between trainers and trainees ; place of the trainer in the learning process ; developing the skills of the trainers Impact on the certification of skills of the future “responsables projets et Ingénierie en formation”.

Gluren bij de buren. Dat was de opzet van een seminar over het bereiken van kwetsbare volwassen die dreigen de aansluiting op de maatschappij te missen. De Nederlandse en Vlaamse Agentschappen Erasmus+ nodigden een club deelnemers uit het openbaar bestuur uit om van elkaar te leren. EPALE sprak met drie deelnemers. In dit deel Selwin Umar, projectleider bij Leerwerkloket West-Brabant en Zeeland.

National Association for Entrepreneurship Encouragement is seeking a partner organisation from Iceland and Sicily for a project realised within Key Action 1 – Mobility of individuals, vocational education and training in the sector  of adult education.  As a part of the project the staff of NAEE will take part in a course covering the key issues concerning management and functioning of a voluntary services in the European countries. The training will take  five days i.e.
