Train the Trainer

The ‘Efficient & effective Project Management for EU funded projects’ (PMEU) is a masterclass course that equips all those involved in the management/coordination as well as all those responsible for the technical and financial progress on behalf of their institutions with the required knowledge and expertise in dealing in an efficient & effective manner with the management of EU funded projects. This course is a masterclass course delivered by experts in the area of EC funded projects and it has been designed in an easy-to-follow manner, irrespective of the experience of the delegates in the specific field of study. The course will offer substantial help and benefit to a wide range of individuals, such as project managers, project coordinators, research officers, legal representatives (i.e. school principals, directors) as well as those working in the International Relations Office of Universities, to deal with the ever-demanding needs of reporting and monitoring of EC funded projects. The course covers all important areas of project management, such as obligations related to reporting and visibility of EC funded projects. Water is an increasingly scarce resource, with rainfall reduced by climate change while population growth puts pressure on the demand side. Buildings are responsible for a significant percentage of national water use. One of the hot topics in building practice is the intention to develop buildings that are more resilient towards changes in rainfall patterns due to climate change.

Významným faktorem přitom je, aby na trh práce vstupovali lidé s kvalifikacemi, které odpovídají požadavkům zaměstnavatelů, aby byli pro firmy co nejlépe uplatnitelní. Rychlý vývoj technologií, změny v dělbě práce, vývoj nových druhů zboží i služeb, globalizace a s ní související přesuny jednotlivých výrob i celých odvětví mezi státy i kontinenty, to vše způsobuje, že dříve získané znalosti je třeba neustále rozvíjet a doplňovat.

A tanulmány célja, hogy bemutassa az önbizalom szerepét a felnőttoktatásban elért eredményekben. A felhasznált adatok a versenyszférában dolgozó felsővezetőktől, iskolarendszeren kívüli felnőttképzésből származnak egy 2014-es felmérésből. A tanulmány alapállítása, hogy a megfelelő mértékű önbizalom feltétlenül szükséges az élethosszig tartó tanuláshoz. A fejlődés iránti vágyhoz ugyanis önmagában is önbecsülés kell, valamint ahhoz is, hogy bízzunk abban, hogy az adott képzést el tudjuk végezni és később hasznosítani.

Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, Lehrenden im Projekt Eduskills+ pädagogische Strategien für kosmopolitisches Engagement und Diversität sowie das Philosophieren mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in einer Community of Inquiry (Forschungsgemeinschaft) anzubieten. Das heißt den Schüler*innen Fähigkeiten und Wissen mitzugeben, die nötig sind, um sich in einer globalisierten Welt zurechtzufinden und als aktive Bürger*innen am gesellschaftlichen Leben teilzunehmen zu können. Vorurteile sollen abgebaut werden, Kinder und Jugendliche aus allen Ländern sollen bei der Integration unterstützt werden.

Wer in Branchen arbeitet, die einem starken digitalen Wandel  ausgesetzt sind, braucht strukturierte Weiterbildung, um Schritt zu halten: Das gilt besonders für angelernte Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer. Der Leitfaden „Nachqualifizierung mit digitalen Lehr- und Lernkonzepten“ stellt am Beispiel Betonindustrie vor, wie Betriebe nicht formal Qualifizierte am Arbeitsplatz weiterbilden und zum Berufsabschluss führen können. Entwickelt und getestet wurde das innovative Konzept vom Forschungsinstitut betriebliche Bildung (f-bb) zusammen mit Partnern aus der Betonindustrie.

EPALE veebilehel saab tutvuda tunnustamisele esitatud kutse andjate heade hindamispraktikatega.
