SubMeet Association is an Italian no profit aimed at developing and implementing EU funded trainings and internships, estabilshed in 2011. We are located on the Adriatic coast, 65 Km southern Pescara and 250 Km eastern Rome.

So far, we have successfully implemented 190 mobility projects with trainees from the UK, Greece, Romania, Sweden, Croatia, Macedonia, Turkey, Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia.

La transformación digital de la economía trae consigo nuevos retos personales. Es necesario que los responsables de la toma de decisiones y los empleados tengan una comprensión fundamental del potencial de las aplicaciones digitales y que sean capaces de moderar un proceso de cambio en sus empresas. El proyecto "Digitalización - Herramienta de desarrollo de estrategias para la digitalización de las PYMES" contribuye de forma tangible a ello con el desarrollo de una herramienta de autoaprendizaje para estos retos que está disponible gratuitamente en línea y que puede ser utilizada directamente en el lugar de trabajo.

The purpose of the study was to explore the requirements of schools to increase intergenerational learning, collaboration and solidarity amongst the Baby Boomers, X and Y generations, based on the views of school principals. The research focused on how to create spaces for interaction among different generations and what consequences will arise when intergenerational spaces are created. This study was conducted with phenomenological research design.

The aim of this study was to examine the perspective of school administrators with regard to teachers from different generations. In this study, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each generation were examined. This study was conducted as a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) analysis. The study group consisted of 26 school administrators from the Dilovası district of Kocaeli province, Turkey.

The digital transformation of the economy brings new personal challenges with it. There is a need for decision makers and employees who have a fundamental understanding of the potential of digital applications and who are able to moderate a process of change in their companies. The project "Digitalisation - Strategy Development Tool for the Digitalisation of SME" makes a tangible contribution towards this with the development of a self-learning tool for these challenges that is freely available online and that can be used directly at the workplace.

Die digitale Transformation der Wirtschaft bringt neue personelle Herausforderungen mit sich. Es werden Entscheider*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen gebraucht, die ein grundlegendes Verständnis für das Potenzial digitaler Anwendungen haben und den Veränderungsprozess in ihrem Unternehmen moderieren können. Das Projekt „Digitalisierung – Strategieentwicklungs-Tool für die Digitalisierung von KMU“ leistet dazu einen konkreten Beitrag, indem es für diese Herausforderungen ein online frei zugängliches Selbstlern-Tool entwickelt hat, das direkt am Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden kann.

The Canteen-Keeper Course was organized by the teacher Abdülkadir CANSIZ for adults who are working in canteens in Gümüşhane Public Education Center.

25 trainees who were attending the course and pass the exams successfully, received a certificate.

This course is ideal for all those working in the field of education (primary, secondary and university teachers, university staff (academic & admin), adult educators, trainers & coaches) who want to improve their level of spoken and written English. It aims to give participants an overview of English grammar and vocabulary with special focus on acquiring and improving language skills in a dynamic and communicative way, through individual, pair and group work. ICT skills for Educators

Computing and IT is required by all businesses and jobs in today’s world. Information and Communication technology (ICT) has the potentialict_3 to transform teaching and learning processes. According to a recent study in OECD countries, students are more sophisticated in their use of technology than teachers; an inherent discrepancy between student knowledge and usage of ICTs with the abilities of teacher to use ICTs. This suggest that teacher inexperience and skill deficiencies may often be a fundamental factor which prevents the effectiveness of ICT use in education. The same study reveals that the most effective uses of ICT are those in which the teacher, aided by ICTs, may challenge understanding and thinking of pupils, and this can be done through whole-class discussions and/or individual/small group workshops using ICTs. Nowadays, it is widely accepted that the use of ICTs should not aim at completely transforming teacher practices in and of itself but rather enabling and supporting the move from traditional ‘teacher-centric’ teaching styles to more ‘learner-centric’ methods. In other words, making each one of the students active and fully engaged. The ‘ICT skills for Educators’ course is designed to enable participants to improve their teaching practices with the use of specific ICT tools, such as smart boards, web conferencing and webinars, among others, thus, creating a ‘learner-centric’ classroom. This is an ideal course for all teachers, educators & trainers interested in continuing professional development (CPD).

A MELLearN - Felsőoktatási Lifelong Learning Hálózat, a magyar egyetemek életen át tartó tanulást támogató egyesülete megjelentette 2019. évi tanulmánykötetét, mely a felsőoktatási innovációkkal foglalkozik a digitalizáció, a képességfejlesztés és a hálózatosodás kontextusában.

A kötet figyelmet szentel az egyetemek közreműködésével ösztönző felnőttkori tanulás néhány kurrens kérdésének tekintettel a módszertani és digitális környezeti trendek és kihívások érvényesülésére.
