Ignalina public library is looking for a partner for COVID 19 call. We need a public library for which it is relevant to improve the wellbeing of adults after quarantine, the creating of clubs for persons experiencing loneliness. We are looking for 1 partner from a Northern country. This partner should be able to work in a team, be active in preparing the application and carrying out the activities.
