INDEPCIE (Instituto for the Entrepreneurial and Personal Development, Coaching and Emotional Intelligence) is an organization located in Córdoba (Spain) focused on training and research in the field of human development and growth.

WHAT IS INDEPCIE? For that purpose, we research and implement, with scientific rigour, techniques of coaching, Emotional Intelligence and NLP. From that point we apply our training programs to people, both individually or in the frame of their teams and organizations, seeking their maximum development and the improvement of their results in any area.

Moreover, INDEPCIE works in the generation and implementation of international projects in the frame of Erasmus+, searching and developing applications of coaching and EI to diferent fields, such as labour context, leadership, entrepreneurship or adult education.
