Aims of our organization:
-give opportunities for life long learning;
-broaden adults and young people’s outlook (computing, arts, languages and etc.);
-involve isolated people into our society;
-participate in international lifelong learning activities actively.
We:
•organize various in- service training courses, seminars and sessions for secondary and vocational school teachers;
•are responsible for teachers’ professional development, using innovative teaching methods and etc.
•organize computing, arts and foreign language courses for adults and young people in the district;
•prepare and participate in different projects for adults and youths;
•plan consultations and information of the secondary school students’ career;
•organize different olympiads, competition and contests for secondary school students.
Our target groups are:
•secondary and vocational school teachers (the biggest group);
•members of the budgetary organizations in the town;
•members of the district communities;
•disabled people (physically and mentally);
•unemployed people;
•youth organizations (formal and informal);
