Workshop on Preparation Process of Program Qualifications and Course Description Form

Within the scope of the Turkish National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education, the university program competencies and course identification forms for the courses in the programs are required to be created.

Turkish National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education is guaranteed to be completed by Bologna Process countries in an effort to increase the transparency, recognition and mobility in higher education systems of these countries in accordance with the objectives of Lisbon Strategy published in 2000 by European Union (EU) and with the objectives of Bologna Process in which our country was included as a member in 2001.

The purpose of the workshop is to provide training for the design of course identification forms by associating them in the context of these qualifications. The 8-hour workshop will be held on 12 December 2019.

Content and duration of the program:

  • Theoretical presentation, 45 min.
  • Course identification form preparation process, 45 min.
  • Example of Course Description Form Preparation Process
  • Presentations, 45 min.
  • Sample presentations on program qualifications, 45 min.
  • Group studies, 45 min.

Target group of the program: The president of the Education Commission and a member of the commission from each undergraduate / graduate program of the Gazi University

Reminder: Unit principals must come to the workshop with the competencies of their own programs.
