“The Centre for rehabilitation by imagination” is an organisation that researches how art, literature and theatre can influence the process of re-socialization and rehabilitation and whether and how they change it. The organization carries out literary and theatre projects with marginalized groups with the aim of bringing an individual to some important facts about oneself by means of artistic expression (dramatic text, director’s mediation, and actors’ play): about their own abilities, endeavours, identity and place in society.
L’obiettivo del Convegno, tenutosi il 22 maggio presso la Sala Comunale Carmeli, è stato quello di contribuire a costruire una rete di coordinamento delle iniziative e dei numerosi soggetti attivi nell'ambito dell’accoglienza e dell’inclusione degli adulti stranieri a partire da collaborazioni che si sono dimostrate efficaci e produttive a Padova e nella sua provincia.
In the period 1.06.2017 - 31.05.2018 our school SOU Gimnazija Koco Racin from Veles, Macedonia implemented Erasmus+ project in the Key action 1- School education staff mobility. The project title is "Becoming an International school with European standards and dimensions of education". "Food for Inclusion" is a Strategic Partnership Erasmus+ Project for Exchange of Good Practices. The project Food for Inclusion is aimed to involve adult people to reach awareness about food theme in an inclusive perspective for social categories in risk of margination and exclusion from social and economic system in which they are.

Αυτές τις μέρες, η αύξηση του αριθμού των προσφύγων στην ΕΕ δημιουργεί πολλές άμεσες προκλήσεις που πρέπει να αντιμετωπιστούν σε διαφορετικά επίπεδα εντός της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Και, σαφώς, μια από τις μεγαλύτερες προκλήσεις στα επόμενα χρόνια είναι πώς η ΕΕ θα μπορέσει να ενσωματώσει τους άνδρες, τις γυναίκες και τα παιδιά που παραμένουν στην Ευρώπη μετά την ύφεση των κρίσεων.

The Hey! Teachers, don't leave the kids alone is an Erasmus+ project that aims to empower both teachers engaged in children education and students (together with their families) in practical skills that allow them to handle daily challenges more effectively, and enhance their ability of inclusion and their level of social wellbeing in a sustainable way.
On June 21st 2018 SOS Malta hosted the final event of the EVA project in Valetta. About 70 people took part and were introduced to out platform and its possibilities. There was great interest in the tool and its potential to help migrants on their way to becoming entrepreneurs. Discussions and comments showed that there are indeed many obstacles for migrants depending on the country they are in.

The long term training course PRIDE – 'Promoting Diversity and Inclusive Youth Work Practices' was intended for youth workers, youth trainers and facilitators who are ready to work on the topics of diversity, inclusion and anti-discrimination in order to activate the potential of diversity in trainings and work with young people both at national and the European levels. The project included three interconnected parts:
- a training course in Armenia,
- local activities in participating countries,
- capacity building and evaluation seminar in Armenia.

Incontro sull'occupabilità

Mercoledì 11 e 25 luglio, l’Ufficio Progetto Giovani del Comune di Padova e l’Associazione Xena promuovono un laboratorio dedicato allo sviluppo dell’occupabilità 

I due appuntamenti propongono lo stesso modulo, per facilitare la partecipazione nella data e luogo più comodo agli interessati.

Si rivolgono a giovani adulti (inoccupati/disoccupati  e a quanti sono in fase di definizione del proprio percorso professionale e desiderano svilupparlo) e ad operatori che in diverso modo si interfacciano con il tema dell'occupabilità dei giovani adulti.

Kathleen Grimes is an Irish adult educator. As part of her role as Back to Education Initiative (BTEI) Coordinator and tutor in Templemore College of Further Education, Kathleen participated in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility. In this blog Kathleen tells us about her experience of taking part in the ‘Including everyone: Creative and participatory method-training’ course in Berlin, where she learned about anti-bias methods and tools for adult educators.

Ein jetzt veröffentlichter Leitfaden soll dazu beitragen, Lehrenden und Lernenden die notwendigen Grundlagen für eine offene, fruchtbare und wissensbasierte Diskussion europäischer Werte zu vermitteln.
Wertediskussionen haben zurzeit auch wegen aktueller gesellschaftlicher Entwicklungen und Umbrüchen in Europa Hochkonjunktur. Dieser Leitfaden soll dazu dienen, Lehrenden und Lernenden die notwendigen Grundlagen für eine offene, fruchtbare und wissensbasierte Diskussion europäischer Werte zu vermitteln. Zugleich soll der Leitfaden Lehrende in der Erwachsenenbildung, aber auch aus anderen Bildungsbereichen anregen, sich in ihren Kursen und Angeboten mit der Vermittlung von europäischen Werten zu befassen, und Lehr- und Lernaktivitäten erfolgreich zu planen und umzusetzen.

We were delighted to see the first ever AONTAS Lifelong Learning Advocacy Summer School making front page news in The Irish Times following its launch on 18th June 2018.

Education practitioners from NGOs and ministries from as far afield as Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey together with Irish participants descended upon Maynooth to learn new skills and techniques to advocate for adult learning in their respective countries and contexts.

Being a newcomer at my school, I feel very obliged to be among those who could travel on an Erasmus+ teacher training course to England. With the help of my coordinator, I chose  Norwich Nile School as the site, and David Farmer and Alan Pulverness as my tutors for my trip. The place as well as the tutors proved to be the right choices.

Il progetto europeo RefugeesIN - Cinema for Refugees Social Inclusion intende contribuire alle sfide identificate dalla strategia Europa 2020 e dall’Agenda europea per l’apprendimento degli adulti, in cui si evidenzia la necessità di creare un’Europa maggiormente coesa ed inclusiva.

L’obiettivo consiste nell’utilizzare il cinema come strumento chiave per promuovere l’inclusione sociale, incoraggiando il dialogo interculturale e combattendo la discriminazione contro i rifugiati.

As part of the Erasmus + Training Programme for VET mobility, the adult fashion technician students of Nyíregyházi SZC Wesselényi Miklós Szakgimnáziuma, Szakközépiskolája és Kollégiuma (Hungary) could take part in a 3-week professional internship in Braga, Portugal.

We are looking for a partner in the Erasmus + KA105 project "Sport as a way equation socio-educational opportunities "

We are a school teaching young people aged 16-10 in the profession of a car mechanic.

The main aim of the exchange project ‘Sport as a way to equalize socio – educational opportunities’ is to share knowledge, skills, and experiences with teachers and teenagers from the countries involved.  Therefore, sport seems to be a really important factor, which may have a positive influence on the teenagers.
That is why we encourage young people to practise sports and to be active in life.

Diverzita na pracovišti bývá často vnímána jako překážka nebo komplikace. Studie však ukazují, že mezi diverzitou a úspěchem existuje přímá, pozitivní vazba. S myšlenkou, že kulturně a věkově heterogenní týmy naopak představují pro firmy přínos, pracuje i projekt SiLC, financovaný z programu Erasmus+. Projekt se zaměřuje na podporu mikro, malých a středních podniků a organizací a má za cíl vyvinout pro ně vhodné metody a nástroje pro využití při školeních a koučinku právě v otázkách diverzity. Jde o nový koncept školení vedoucích pracovníků, který vnímá kulturní a generační diverzitu jako příležitost.
