HR Directors Summit

To co wyróżnia konferencję HR Directors Summit to program oraz sami prelegenci – osoby kształtujące politykę personalną. Jest to konferencja, podczas której występują doświadczeni praktycy HR prezentując kluczowe projekty i wdrożenia. Konferencja nie skupia się na jednym zagadnieniu. Digitale Medien in sozialen Betrieben - darüber tauschen sich seit November 2018 sechs Partner aus fünf europäischen Ländern im Rahmen von Erasmus+ aus. Bisher fanden Workshops in Köln und im rumänischen Sfantu Gheorghe unter Leitung des Diözesan-Caritasverbandes für das Erzbistum Köln statt. Nun wurde nach einem Jahr Projektarbiet das "Bergfest" in Kaunas gefeiert.

Business women

The Erasmus+ Financial and Economic literacy of Migrant women for ENtrepreneurship INclusion project enables educators to support migrant women to build financial, digital, literacy and numeracy skills which benefit their lives in a multitude of ways. Benefits include everything from being able to make sound financial decisions through to embarking on an entrepreneurial career. The project brings together partners from six EU countries.

The project “SCOPE – Skills for Corporate Entrepreneurship” (project No. 2017-1-AT01-KA202-035043) is executed within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme, KA2-Cooperation and Innovation for Good Practices, funded by European Union. The duration of the project is 24 months, starting on 1st October 2017 and ending on 30th September 2019.

Perspektywy HR 2020

Perspektywy HR to cykl 6 otwartych konferencji. Wyróżnikiem imprezy jest jej regionalizacja - konferencje odbywają się we Wrocławiu, Katowicach, Krakowie, Poznaniu, Gdańsku i Szczecinie. Każdy region w Polsce mierzy się innymi HR-owymi wyzwaniami: różne specjalizacje, różne potrzeby kandydatów, różne oczekiwania pracowników. Dlatego, podczas konferencji "Perspektywy HR 2020" organizatorzy konferencji zapraszają by spojrzeć na przyszłość branży w skali makro, ale także mikro. Podczas nadchodzących konferencji "Perspektywy 2020" będą omawiane m.in.

W załączonym pliku znajduje się jeden z artykułów będących częścią podręcznika Evidence Based HRM. Opisuję w nim ciekawe badania przybliżające efektywność asynchronicznych rozmów rekrutacyjnych oraz ich wpływ na doświadczenie kandydata. Okazuje się, że wykorzystanie tego typu rozmów rekrutacyjnych znacznie zwiększa efektywność procesu, a obniżenie satysfakcji kandydata jest przy nim niewielkie. Warto wziąć pod uwagę te wyniki podczas rekrutacji organizatorów i uczestników programów edukacyjnych.
