Poduzetništvo i zapošljavanje

Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūra (NVA) izstrādājusi jaunu e-mācību moduli “Kā veidot efektīvu darba meklēšanas stratēģiju”, kas darba meklētājiem, autorizējoties ar portāla Latvija.lv starpniecību, ir pieejams NVA e-pakalpojumu vietnē: http://e-apmaciba.nva.gov.lv.

Arvien biežāk, runājot par pieaugušo izglītību, tiek uzsvērts, ka vislabākā vieta, kur pieaugušā vecumā attīstīt prasmes, zināšanas un iemaņas, ir darba vide. Darba devējs nereti ir visinformētākais par savu darbinieku mācību vajadzībām - gan profesionālajām, gan personiskajām. Uzņēmumā AS "Sentor Farm aptiekas", kas Latvijā attīsta labi pazīstamo aptieku zīmolu "Mēness aptieka", strādā vairāk nekā tūkstoš cilvēku – farmaceiti un citi aptiekas darbinieki, kā arī birojā strādājošie. Uzņēmuma personāla daļa ir īpaši vērīga pret dažādu grupu mācību vajadzībām, piedāvājot apmaksāt mācības koledžā, mācību programmas vai spēļošanas iespējas kolektīva ietvaros. Šogad zīmols saņēmis arī Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas pateicības rakstu par ieguldījumu darbinieku izglītošanā. Ar uzņēmuma personāla vadības direktori Baibu Pedraudzi sarunājās projekta komunikācijas koordinatore Agnese Zarāne.

Story_Erasmus+ Projekt ENTRance

Europäische Projektpartnerinnen und -partner aus Rumänien, Ungarn, Griechenland und Deutschland haben gemeinsam die ersten Existenzgründungskurse speziell für Roma entwickelt. Das Erasmus+ Projekt „A new ENTRance“ ist ein Lehrstück in Sachen Orientierung an dem, was die Teilnehmenden brauchen und zeigt Erfolg: Über 200 Roma haben inzwischen den Kurs absolviert und können nun ein eigenes kleines Unternehmen gründen.

HR Directors Summit

To co wyróżnia konferencję HR Directors Summit to program oraz sami prelegenci – osoby kształtujące politykę personalną. Jest to konferencja, podczas której występują doświadczeni praktycy HR prezentując kluczowe projekty i wdrożenia. Konferencja nie skupia się na jednym zagadnieniu. Kluczem do wyboru prezentowanego rozwiązania jest jego wpływ na kondycję firmy i jej wynik. Ponad 11 lat doświadczeń sprawia, że jest to najbardziej rozpoznawalna konferencja dla Dyrektorów HR.

Digitale Medien in sozialen Betrieben - darüber tauschen sich seit November 2018 sechs Partner aus fünf europäischen Ländern im Rahmen von Erasmus+ aus. Bisher fanden Workshops in Köln und im rumänischen Sfantu Gheorghe unter Leitung des Diözesan-Caritasverbandes für das Erzbistum Köln statt. Nun wurde nach einem Jahr Projektarbiet das "Bergfest" in Kaunas gefeiert.

Business women

The Erasmus+ Financial and Economic literacy of Migrant women for ENtrepreneurship INclusion project enables educators to support migrant women to build financial, digital, literacy and numeracy skills which benefit their lives in a multitude of ways. Benefits include everything from being able to make sound financial decisions through to embarking on an entrepreneurial career. The project brings together partners from six EU countries.

A gyorsuló technológiai fejlődés következtében növekszik az olyan készségek szerepe a munkavállalásban, amelyeket ez a fejlődés determinál, erősít meg, és amelyeket köztudottan csak korlátozottan lehet fejleszteni a hagyományos képzési formák keretében. Talán a legfontosabbak a kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készségek.

The project “SCOPE – Skills for Corporate Entrepreneurship” (project No. 2017-1-AT01-KA202-035043) is executed within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme, KA2-Cooperation and Innovation for Good Practices, funded by European Union. The duration of the project is 24 months, starting on 1st October 2017 and ending on 30th September 2019.

Entrepreneurship Course

NSS, KOSGEB and VAN Metropolitian Municipality open entrepreneurship course for women entrepreneurs. 

The characteristics of the participants are as follows:

Kas yra savivaldus mokymasis ir kodėl jis šiandien aktualus kiekvienam iš mūsų, ”Epale” platformoje jau rašyta, tačiau kas yra bendro darbo (bendradarbystės) erdvės (ang. coworking space) ir kaip jos susijusios su savivaldžiu mokymusi, žinome tikrai ne kiekvienas.

Informell oder non-formal erworbene Kompetenzen werden ebenso berücksichtigt, wie formale Weiterbildungsangebote der beruflichen Weiterbildung. Damit reagiert wb-web auf die Anforderungen im Feld.
