Employee involvement in innovation is enhanced by workplace incentives for employees to learn to do new things in new ways and by good industrial relations that pay attention to whose interests are served.

Безработицата сред една от най-уязвимите групи на пазара на труда – младите хора до 29 годишна възраст намалява значително в сравнение с миналата година.  Близо 11000 души под 29 години намериха за година трудовата си реализация, благодарение на активната политика и действия на социалното министерство. Това отчитат експертите в социалното министерство, чиито министър Ивайло Калфин още с встъпването си в длъжност обяви за основен приоритет именно борбата срещу младежката безработица.

През месец септември в Пловдив ще се състои среща между представители на Министерството на образованието и науката, местния бизнес и представители на местната власт. Срещата ще е посветена на пренастройката на образователната система в професионалните училища според изискванията на бизнеса. Това беше коментирано на среща между кмета на града Иван Тотев и министъра на образованието и науката Тодор Танев.

Срещата се очаква да се проведе между 15 и 20 септември.

Labour market training for adult unemployed has a long tradition in Sweden and constitutes a significant part of the Swedish ALMP. Since the global financial crisis and the considerable increase of the rate of unemployment in Sweden, labour market training has focused mainly on long-term unemployed and persons that run a high risk of leaving the labour force. A high number of refugees/immigrants have also been enrolled in labour market training as a step to enhance their integration into Swedish society and the labour market.

The recession has impacted unfavourably on the employment levels of younger people in the EU; in several countries this is now over 50% and rising. Older workers who become unemployed are more likely to slip into economic inactivity, especially women and the lower-skilled. Older workers have different skills and competences compared with other generations; without their participation in working life, a shortage of professional, structural and networking capacities will arise. Their transfer of knowledge to younger workers is important; different strengths of different generations creates the strongest combination of competences in the workplace. Better work ability for older people affects their later life; with the increasing numbers of older persons in the EU, it is vital that there is investment in active ageing (active living). Fostering entrepreneurship and transversal skills, including entrepreneurial teaching and innovative methods of approaching teaching, entrepreneurial experiences for younger people, students; this project addresses these aims.
