Subject: Partner Search in Career decision Making, E+KA2-SP-2017

 

In the perspective of a 2017 E+KA2-SP project application, HE & VET, we are looking for a full partner to complement an already existing and formalized consortium, English working language.

This partner must be experienced with EU E+KA2 instrument, or at least LLP. It must be expert in career decision making (CDM) & career guidance/counseling, preferably for HE & VET sectors (or Adult but for transfer of expertise), and non French, neither Ul or Icelandic.

Type of organization ideally non HEI (eg civil society, counselling body, NGO, assoction, social enterprise, large enterprise or SME, regional body), preference for social partner or representative of working life (aka Chamber of commerce, trade union/association). Some French speaking skills required to oil interactions. Interests in analysing and reflecting on the following 2010 published paper as not far from the required project activity output. http://srouvrais.free.fr/documents/RouvraisCDIO2010.pdf

The expected partner activities are mainly around CDM Learning Outcomes perimeter & formalization, T&L innovative practices for CDM in HE to analyze , align and propose, mostly the first 1 year 1/2 of the project duration. The implication is to be light, around 30-40 staff-days no more for Intellectual Outputs. Some Project meetings (2 per year) to attend for 1 or exceptionnaly 2 pax. No T&L to organize, maybe no Multiplier Even neither, participation to one or two JSTE in a consortium partner for 5 weeks, between Oct17 and June18.
