EPALE IN ACTION Presentation: Redbridge Institute, Errolie Sermaine
As part of the EPALE IN ACTION conference, Errolie Sermaine from Redbridge Institute, presented on the topic of Health and Wellbeing as part of the Thematic Discussions Community Space.
Errolie Sermaine is Curriculum Manager for PCDL/Health and Wellbeing for Redbridge Institute, London. In 2015 she was appointed Project Coordinator for ‘Learning in mind’, a Community Learning Mental Health research project designed to test whether adult community learning courses could help people develop strategies to manage mild to moderate mental ill health, specifically anxiety, depression and sleep disorders.
Errolie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Psychotherapist and Education Practitioner who has delivered a range of adult education courses throughout London. Both as a Psychotherapist and Education Practitioner she has successfully supported adult learners, parents and young children.
