- increasing the knowledge and ability of understanding the increasing international character of their clients;
- the exchange of knowledge and experiences regarding programs in supporting employees in a vulnerable position towards the job market;
- the exchange of knowledge and experiences regarding programs in supporting young people towards social entrepreneurship.
In total five professionals from the Menea organization will take part in the project which contains of an exchange of knowledge with a Norwegian partner called Fonix. Fonix is well known with Erasmus+ projects and for Menea the ideal partner to team up with. Together we already have tuned our mutual programs and input for the exchange of knowledge which consists of visiting Fonix in Norway twice and receiving them here in the Netherlands.
Participating in this project will lead to a better understanding by the professionals of Menea (and Fonix) when dealing with clients in an increasing international environment and a boost in quality assisting employees in a vulnerable position concerning their career and young people on their way to social entrepreneurship.
The development of competences in the end will lead to a structural higher customer satisfaction, both on the side of the employee and his or her employer.
Menea stands for MENs and Labour. We are one of the largest independent human resources consultancies in the field of staff flow and outflow. Organisational advice, training, coaching, reintegration and outplacement are our core activities. With national coverage and a regional network, our experienced professionals help people to make choices in their careers. For organisations, we are the sparring partner for staff advancement and outflow with a tailor-made approach based on our 30 years of experience. The goal for both people and organisations is clear: create movement.
Due to the increasing international character of our clients and our sincere curiosity about Menea's approach with similar organisations abroad, we have submitted an application in the context of learning mobility (KA104, Erasmus +). Together with Fonix from Norway, five professionals from the Menea organisation have created a programme to exchange knowledge. The knowledge exchange is focused on the mutual approach, best practices and forms of service provision. In addition, Menea consultants are trained in the Vip24 tool.
Ultimately, the project will lead to a structurally higher level of customer satisfaction. Both for the client (employer) and the employee to be supervised.
