Η έννοια της διαφοράς αναγνωρίζει ότι οι άνθρωποι διαφέρουν μεταξύ τους με βάση μια μεγάλη ποικιλία παραγόντων, μερικούς ορατούς και μερικούς αόρατους.
Do 20 maja 2020 roku obowiązuje zakaz wejścia do Sejmu osób, które rok temu uczestniczyły w 40-dniowym proteście osób z niepełnosprawnościami, okupując polski Parlament. Zakaz ten mówi bardzo wiele o stanie inkluzji społecznej w naszym kraju. Sprawa, o którą toczył się wtedy protest tak naprawdę dotyczyła także w dużym stopniu włączającej edukacji dorosłych. Kończąc 18 lat polskie osoby z niepełnosprawnościami w praktyce skazane są na pomoc najbliższej rodziny. Problem włączenia społecznego jest więc raczej prywatyzowany, aniżeli rozwiązywany za pomocą systemów wsparcia publicznego.
