Looking for partners / project coordinator in Erasmus+ KA2 "strategic partnership in repsonse of the covid19 pandemic"

We are looking for partners and/or a project coordinator in the additional KA2 call in the covid 19 pandemic (Skills development and integration through creativity and art)

Beschäftigung und Bildung e.V. (b + b) was founded in 1989 as a non-profit organization in Hamburg, Germany. Around 80 employees now provide social services in the areas of professional orientation and qualification, training preparation and support, psychological and socio-educational advice for young people, young adults and families, work with less literate people, qualification and advice for employees of small and medium-sized companies in the sense of a job market-related District and neighborhood development. b + b has extensive experience in the implementation of funded projects on a state and federal level and is currently accessing projects on EU level.

In the covid call we see different fields of action based on our experience with the target group of youth and young adults lacking basic competencies and (digital) literacy:

Professionals in social services often lack the necessary digital and creative skills to enable young people with low literacy level to access the digital and professional world in alternative ways. Because it is precisely these who often find it difficult to access conventional education methods, as they often require basic skills such as reading and writing.
Low literacy among adolescents and young adults in the transition from school to work not only makes participation difficult, but also makes it difficult to successfully integrate into the labor market. The basic skills of reading, writing and arithmetic are prerequisites for communication at home, at work and in a European context.
The low literacy also makes it difficult to safely use digital tools for professional communication and collaboration. However, in addition to basic skills, these are now a prerequisite for efficient and successful (collaborative) work in almost all professions.

We want to include creative, cultural and media activists and players (with methods of drama, painting and media education) to develop new concepts of nonformal learning and enable the target groups in the acquisition of soft, digital and communicative skills.
