Oxa Srl Impresa Sociale - BASE Milano is a cultural and creative hub in Milan, active from 2016. BASE is a project of cultural contamination between arts, business, technology and social innovation, which has contributed to the process of urban regeneration of the Solari/Tortona area by returning to the city the historic spaces of the former Ansaldo factory. Since 2016 BASE has consolidated its vocation as a center for the production and co-production of cultural initiatives with a high social value. In the last two years of activity, BASE has developed several projects that have investigated issues of collective relevance that want to explore some dimensions of the contemporary, for instance new learning processes based on cultural and creative activities, the man-machine relationship, the sphere of living and urban transformations, transformations of the world of work.
