Workplace learning August focus EPALE

EPALE’s August focus is on workplace learning

Workplace learning is an important part of lifelong learning. It is a great tool to develop employees and maintain their effectiveness. Workplace learning can be formal, non-formal and informal but a study shows that the three most important ways of learning in the workplace, according to employees, are: knowledge sharing with your team, desk research, and general conversations and meetings.

Here at EPALE we appreciate the role of workplace learning in upskilling workers and keeping them competitive on the job market. Check out our thematic page on Workplace Learning where the community and EPALE’s national teams have gathered interesting blog articles, useful resources and news on the topic (content varies based on your selected language). Don't forget to visit EPALE regularly for new content in August!

Nei vienas darbuotojas, nesvarbu kokios kompetencijos jis bebutų, visada bendraujant ir dirbant įmonės ar organizacijos komandoje neisvengiamai mokysis: suprasti, derinti ir kurti...Tai svarbu tiek didelėse tiek mažose įmonėse ir kolektyvuose.
