EPALE UK Wellbeing at Work poster
The fifth of a series of six, this resource focuses on key points to consider to support wellbeing in the workplace. Supporting workers to approach their health, mental health, fitness and work/life balance in a positive way is essential for building a strong and resilient workforce.
The resource can be used as a guide, a poster or as a document for colleagues to take away with them. It provides helpful suggestions for supporting mental health, health, fitness and the work/life divide.
The series of resources will include information on team building activities, cultural awareness, skills sharing and more. EPALE’s workplace learning theme will continue through October, November and December, with two resources being released each month.
