  • What are the factors for successful adult learning provision for the inclusion of vulnerable groups in learning?
  • What elements need to be taken on board on the policy level to increase the engagement of vulnerable groups?

    How interesting the content of this blog! I'm sorry, I see it only now ... 
    The European project "Housing: an educational European ROad towards civil rights. (HERO)" that we've just closed (August 2019) deals with adults non formal learning and inclusion..
    So I'd like to add a very cool experience that created a training toolkit for local communities interested in improving housing and mental health.  
    A training non-formal approach has guided all the partenship of the EU project (Erasmus+ 2016-2018) in order to facilitate adult learning experieces on the topic. The toolkit was tested during the piloting phase of the project. The piloting was scheduled and carried out in the five partner countries (Italy, Belgium, Croatian, Greece and UK). Specifically, 250 people were involved including 66 users and family members, 71 health professionals, 55 residents, and 56 professionals from other agencies. The piloting experience was appreciated by all groups, including the operators who conducted it. The groups revealed a high degree of satisfaction and motivation in their participation.
