Training Course: Children's and Neighbourhood Parliaments - How to Implement?

Postáilte ag Maria Rosa 3 months 3 seachtainí ó shin

Dé Máirt 26 Samhain 2019 to Dé hAoine 29 Samhain 2019

The methodology used by the Children’s Parliament program aims to support the organization of communities and their sustainable development.
It creates circles of people who actively engage in the debate, planning and implementation of actions that facilitate the resolution of their own problems.
It can be applied in both, school and neighbourhood contexts, with children and young people or with adults.

We are organizing a training course that aims to clarify how this methodology can be implemented, having as partner the Oeiras City Council.
We have the privilege of announcing as trainers:
Edwin Maria John (initiator Children Parliaments & Youth Parliaments, India) (link to bio)
Joseph Rathinam (International Coordinator of Children Parliaments & Youth Parliaments) (link to bio)

The training course working language is English, and Portuguese translation will be available.
Participation is limited to the number of vacancies available.

The participation fee is a symbolic value and will be donated in its entirety to the home organisation of the trainers - Global Governance from Below Movement (
