Held in the Olympia stadium in London, The Mind Body Spirit London Wellbeing Festival draws together mindfulness practitioners from a range of wellbeing areas, including yoga, meditation, veganism, music and dance. The space allows for the provision of over 48 workshops that focus on building healthy relationships, embracing spiritual awakening, utilising yoga and meditation methods, understanding nutrition and gaining useful life skills.

There are also many free features to this festival, including an array of performances and experiences. The event will deliver special feature spaces, including a Wellbeing Studio, a Pop Up Temple and a Yoga Rave.

Location: Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX

Ticket prices: Tickets are sold at a range of prices for different aspects of the festival and attendees can pick and choose which sessions they want to attend. They are free for senior citizens, NUS students, the unemployed, people with disabilities and NHS nurses – those registering for free tickets will need to supply photograph ID on arrival.
 

Attendees are allowed to take photographs at the event, but staff have the right to deny the use of certain photographs if they can jeopardise the advertising and promotional needs of the event.

The Wellbeing Festival can be enjoyed by anyone who wants to learn more about wellbeing, but may be of particular interest to anyone working in mental health, as a carer, the health sector, or who acts as a mental health first aider for their employer
