The EBSN EPALE Team is glad to announce its second and third online course for policy-makers, experts and other professionals who have a stake in basic skills policy and are currently engaged in the implementation of the Upskilling Pathways recommendation.

Applicant organisation needed for Erasmus + KA2 project on Family Learning

CPIP Romania - Center for Promoting Lifelong Learning is preparing a project application on family learning and needs a promoter for the project who is willing to submit the application at their National Agency. All the administrative and development work will be done by CPIP. The project applicant should have previous experience in coordinating EU funded projects and solid expertise in the field of adult education/basic skills for adults. 

There is little methodological professional material, - particularly ones related to adult learning – that may be of good help to organizations and professionals wishing to introduce work-based learning Therefore this project - in the context of which such a complex methodological handbook has been developed that promotes the introduction and effective application of work-based learning forms, the learning outcome-based training plans in adult vocational education and training across Europe - fills a large gap.

Hösten 2015 hade Sverige den största invandringen sedan andra världskriget. Många människor sökte skydd från krig, förföljelse och mänskligt lidande. Välfärdssystemet sattes under press. Det civila samhället mobiliserades runtom i landet till stöd för de nyanlända. Regeringen satsade stora riktade resurser till studieförbunden, som gavs i uppdrag att erbjuda asylsökande en introduktion till det svenska språket och det svenska samhället. I augusti 2019 presenterades en ny forskningsrapport med just fokus på denna verksamhet.

Benenden Health has released a wellbeing guide in partnership with HRZone, which enables users to ‘develop an age-diverse health and wellbeing strategy’ and meet the wellbeing needs of a multigenerational workforce. It provides a detailed description of the five generations currently making up the UK workforce and discusses ways to meet the needs of all of them. It will be most beneficial for employers and senior managers and is free to download.

Projekto BYMBE – Jaunų mamų grąžinimas į mokymąsi – tikslas parengti mokymo priemones socialiniams darbuotojams, mokytojams ir suaugusiųjų švietėjams, skirtas pagelbėti jaunoms 15-25 metų amžiaus mamoms grįžti į mokymąsi ir įgyti kvalifikaciją, taip padidinant jų galimybes darbo rinkoje.
Nell’ambito del progetto Bringing Young Mothers Back to Education – BYMBE sono stati sviluppati strumenti di formazione a sostegno del lavoro di assistenti sociali, insegnanti e formatori, tali strumenti sono stati utilizzati per supportare giovani madri di età compresa dai 15 ai 25 anni nel rientro in percorsi di educazione e formazione, per permetter loro un migliore accesso al mondo del lavoro.

In the ‘Work-based Learning & Apprenticeships’ network, 29 European educational agencies selected ten Austrian projects on the topic of “work-based learning” from over 350 projects from around Europe.  This brochure aims to disseminate the project results to a wider audience in Austria and highlight the sustainable benefits.

Wie die eigene Arbeit und die Bildungsangebote durch Auslandserfahrungen in anderen Ländern laufend verbessert und das neu erworbene Wissen in der eigenen Institution eingebracht werden kann, wurde im Webinar "KA1 Mobilität in der Erwachsenenbildung inkl. Neuerungen 2020" behandelt. Die Erasmus+ Förderung „KA 1 – Mobilität in der Erwachsenenbildung“ ermöglicht Weiterbildungskurse, Trainings, Job Shadowings und Konferenzen in Europa zu besuchen. Das Handout zeigt Ihnen, was dazu nötig ist.

Distance Learning/ Distance Education bieten dabei ein etabliertes didaktisches Format, um (Weiter-)Bildung mit Erwerbstätigkeit, familiären Verpflichtungen oder aber auch Einschränkungen in der Mobilität vereinbaren zu können. In diesem Report werden die Ergebnisse der diesjährigen Erhebung „Strukturdaten Distance Learning/Distance Education 2019“ vorgestellt.

El Proyecto Bringing Young Mothers Back to Education – BYMBE tiene como objetivo producir herramientas de capacitación en apoyo del trabajo de los trabajadores sociales, docentes y formadores con el fin de apoyar a las madres jóvenes entre 15 y 25 años en su regreso a la educación o capacitación para un mejor acceso al mundo laboral.

The project Bringing Young Mothers Back to Education – BYMBE has produced training tools in support of the work of social workers, teachers and trainers for the purpose of sustaining young mothers between 15 and 25 years old in re-entering education or training for a better access to the labour world.
Das Projekt BYMBE – “Junge Mütter zurück in die Ausbildung” entwickelt Trainingsinhalte für SozialarbeiterInnen, LehrerInnen und TrainerInnen für ihre Arbeit mit jungen Müttern im Alter von 15 bis 25 Jahren. Ziel ist es, diesen einen Bildungsabschluss und damit einen besseren Berufseinstieg zu ermöglichen.
