Lai veicinātu Latvijas bibliotēku darbinieku izpratni par Vispārīgās datu aizsardzības regulas prasībām, kā arī sniegtu ieteikumus atsevišķu regulas prasību izpildei, Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas Bibliotēku attīstības centrs ir izstrādājis informatīvi konsultatīvu izdevumu par darbu ar personas datiem bibliotēkās.


This book is a result of the European project Erasmus+ (KA2 project-Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices) DOVES - Detectives of Violence in Schools.

This resource contains the presentations given during the EPALE 2019 conference in Warsaw, Poland. The conference took part on 1-2 October and had over 200 national government representatives, EPALE members, European stakeholders and representatives from the European Commission.

Internationale Zusammenarbeit ist Teil der Arbeit vieler europäischer zivilgesellschaftlicher Organisationen für lebenslanges Lernen. Dennoch sind viele noch nicht in internationale Partnerschaften eingebunden oder konnten noch kein internationales Kooperationsprojekt erfolgreich umsetzen. Internationale Zusammenarbeit könnte den Organisationen jedoch helfen, interne Lernprozesse und Innovationen zu initiieren.

ARTEM, an Erasmus Plus project coordinated by Pistes-Solidaires (France), aims to bring together local communities and newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers more effectively. The integration of migrants at the local level is based on a dynamic and reciprocal process: mutual understanding is not only a question of language but also of cultural codes to which attention must be paid if reception and integration are to be successful.

Comisia Europeană a publicat în cadrul Politicilor UE pentru IPT și perfecționare o Notă cu privire la competențele de pe piața muncii. Această notă analizează schimbarea cerințelor de competențe pe piața muncii și implicațiile acestora pentru politicile de educație și formare profesională (VET), precum și pentru perfecționarea adulților din UE.

Comisia Europeană a publicat un raport ce cartografiază centrele de excelență profesională COVE. Acestea se dezvoltă într-o componentă importantă a politicii UE în domeniul IPT. La sfârșitul anului 2018 și începutul lui 2019, a fost efectuat un exercițiu pentru delimitarea COVE-urilor în ceea ce privește principalele lor caracteristici, în vederea informării asupra conceptului și a dezvoltării planurilor de sprijin ale UE. Acest raport prezintă concluziile acestui exercițiu de cartografiere.

JRC Technical Reports a publicat în septembrie 2019 un raport ce prezintă toate cercetările (revizuirea literaturii și analiza cadrelor) care stau la baza dezvoltării cadrului LifEComp, privind competențele cheie în zona personală, socială și de învățare cum să învățăm (una dintre cele opt competențe cheie pentru învățarea continuă din Recomandarea din 2018).

Eforturile și activitatea comunității eTwinning au fost recunoscute în raportul Eurydice pe tema „Educația digitală la școală în Europa”, recent publicat.
Rolul eTwinning este deosebit de relevant în contextul măsurilor de sprijin disponibile pentru profesori, ca parte a dezvoltării continue a competențelor digitale specifice tehnologiei.

Pentru a evalua starea educației digitale, Eurydice a analizat 43 de sisteme europene de învățământ. 

The analysis of on-line assessment systems comprises three sub tasks leading to an overall output report:

  • Needs analysis and data gathering,
  • Reporting of mathematical on-line assessment systems,
  • Pedagogical analysis for on-line assessment of mathematics.

Underpinning this package of work is the educational needs assessment to support any pedagogical research, design, development and testing.

Το πρόγραμμα Ladies first! στοχεύει στην ενίσχυση των επαγγελματιών συμβούλων (Εκπαιδευτών Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης και Κατάρτισης, Επαγγελματιών Ψυχικής Υγείας) που εργάζονται με γυναίκες, ως προς την ισορροπία επαγγελματικής-προσωπικής ζωής και ιδιαίτερα σε περιόδους κρίσης.

Tο έργο Transversal model for migrant’s στοχεύει στην ενδυνάμωση των καθηγητών, εκπαιδευτών και συμβούλων στο κομμάτι της ενδυνάμωσης των μεταναστών με δεξιότητες με σκοπό να τους προωθήσουν σε μια ανώτερη θέση εργασίας ή οικονομικής κατάστασης και στη κοινωνική ένταξη στην Ευρώπη.

Sondajul privind competențelor adulților, un produs al programului OCDE pentru evaluarea internațională a competențelor adulților (PIAAC), a folosit calculatoarele ca platformă principală de livrare a evaluării.

The objective of the Intellectual Output 3 of the EUMentorSTEM project was to assist the career progression of migrant women with a STEM background through mentoring and coaching which aims to develop their soft skills and competencies. Therefore, a training programme was organised by all partner countries to meet the specific needs of the target audience. The methodology for this project has been built on Mentoring Circles™, which was developed by Inova Consultancy and has been adapted to EUMentoring in order to suit the needs of migrant women with a background in STEM.

This booklet brings together 28 european projects about adult learning in different countries across Europe. These projects aim to ensure the well-being of any individuals by giving the chance to acquire skills and knowledge no matter their social backgrounds.
