Tai įrodymais pagrįstas vadovas. Jį užsakė Europos visą gyvenimą trunkančio orientavimo politikos tinklas (angl. European Lifelong Guidance Policy Network, ELGPN) – valstybių narių tinklas, gavęs Europos Sąjungos (ES) finansinę paramą pagal Mokymosi visą gyvenimą programą. Išreikštos nuomonės yra autoriaus, jas patvirtino ELGPN, tačiau jos nebūtinai atspindi oficialią Europos Komisijos ar jos vardu veikiančio asmens poziciją.

The aim of this study is to critically assess the comparability of existing national tests of pupils' language competences in Europe at both ISCED2 and ISCED3 levels. The study draws upon data on existing national tests of language competences in the 28 EU Member States collated by the Eurydice Network.

Tokrat predstavljamo smernice, ki dopolnjujejo publikacijo in opisujejo proces vzpostavljanja in trajnostnega upravljanja z omrežjem ter delovanje pilotnih študijskih krožkov.

The kit is partly a product of the MENTOR project initiated by UNESCO and supported by the European Commission.

Adult learning policies, like any other policies, need to be effective: they need to reach their objectives and attain the desired impacts, which should be carefully defined. Understanding the performance of policies allows policy makers to change and improve them. A growing body of research and statistics provides important insights into how better to achieve policy goals.

The study aimed to identify those factors that help to achieve effective adult learning policy.

Well, here we all are. More than a hundred participants have been here in the Charenton convention centre since 9am for the national conference to launch the EPALE platform. The objective today is to enable people involved in adult education and training to meet and discuss matters relating to European collaboration between teaching professionals.

The report contains data on the scale and scope of entrepreneurship and self-employment activities across EU Member States by social target groups, as well as the barriers they face.

Le Portefeuille d’expériences et de compétences (PEC) est une démarche réflexive qui permet aux étudiants de réfléchir aux acquis de leur formation, aux possibilités d’actualisation de leur parcours d’études ainsi que d’améliorer la valorisation de leur compétences. 

Devenu un classique des méthodes participatives, le "world café" est méthodologie qui permet d'animer des discussions en favorisant l'émergence de propositions concrètes.

Le principe est de créer un climat de confiance et de convivialité pour permettre les échanges entre participants, en intelligence collective, en simulant une discussion autour d'un café.

L’espace est organisé en tables autour desquelles les participants sont invités à discuter, débattre et faire émerger des propositions. Plusieurs sessions sont organisées afin de permettre aux participants :

O videu Skupnostno učenje v čezmejnem prostoru smo na EPALE že pisali. Tokrat predstavljamo priročnik, ki  je nastal kot učni pripomoček mentorjem študijskih krožkov. Prav tako je namenjen lokalnim skupnostim, da bi te bolje razumele model učenja v majhni skupini ter način njegove navezave na razvoj lokalne skupnosti in čezmejnega območja.

This learning concept is adapted for Norwegian language learning by Toril Kristin Sjo, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Linguistics and Scandinavian Studies at the University of Oslo in collaboration with Vox. She has developed a comprehensive training method including guidance and videos showing how to run speaking exercises.  The oral approach is suitable for language training regardless of previous knowledge. It involves a lot of interaction and collaborative learning.
