This report examines the nature and extent of support for teacher professionalism using the Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) 2013, a survey of teachers and principals in 34 countries and economies around the world. Teacher professionalism is defined as the knowledge, skills, and practices that teachers must have in order to be effective educators.

If the quality of an education system can never exceed the quality of its teachers, then countries need to do all they can to build a high-quality teaching force. Województwo Małopolskie, jako pierwsze w Polsce, rozpoczęło tworzenie regionalnego systemu zapewnienia jakości edukacji i efektywności usług związanych z szeroko pojętym podnoszeniem kwalifikacji. We współpracy z licznym gronem naukowców, praktyków, instytucjami szkoleniowymi, instytucjami zamawiającymi szkolenia i pracodawcami opracowano innowacyjne narzędzie - Małopolskie Standardy Usług Edukacyjno - Szkoleniowych (MSUES) - stosowanie którego powinno gwarantować klientom instytucji szkoleniowych usługę dobrej jakości.

Politike obrazovanja odraslih, kao i druge politike, trebaju biti djelotvorne: da ostvare svoje ciljeve i postignu željene učinke, koji trebaju biti pažljivo definirani. Razumijevanje provedbe politika omogućava donositeljima odluka da ih promijene i poboljšaju. Sve veći broj istraživanja i statistika pruža važne informacije o tome kako se mogu postići politički ciljevi.

Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi čimbenike koji utječu na stvaranje učinkovite politike obrazovanja odraslih.

Midtvejsnotatet evaluerer de projekter, der foreløbigt er gennemført, og som har modtaget økonomisk støtte fra én af de to puljer, Folkeoplysningspuljen og Den Internationale Pulje, som administreres af Folkehøjskolernes Forening.

Arbejdsstyrken i Danmark kræver løbende opkvalificering for, at danske virksomheder kan være konkurrencedygtige.

Dette inspirationshæfte sammenfatter resultaterne fra et projekt om udvikling af nye lærerroller og fastholdelse af kursister. Projektet er gennemført i årene 2012-2014 på fem VUC’er i hovedstadsområdet: VUC Hvidovre-Amager, VUC Lyngby, HF & VUC Nordsjælland, Vestegnen HF & VUC og Voksenuddannelsescenter Frederiksberg. Udviklingsprojektet har været en succes i den forstand, at der i løbet af projektårene kan dokumenteres et signifikant fald i kursisterne dropout – uden at det er gået ud over undervisningens kvalitet.

Rapporten fokuserer på uddannelses‐ og erhvervsvejledning og kompetenceafklaring i de danske fængsler. Endvidere fokuserer rapporten på, hvilke metoder og praksisser man med fordel kan udvikle for at optimere indsatsen med henblik på at styrke vejledning og tilbud om kompetenceafklaring til de indsatte i de danske fængsler; herunder uddannelse og eventuel efteruddannelse til personale og/eller nye ansættelser.

Undersøgelse af, hvilken effekt den nye folkeoplysningspolitik har fået for foreningslivet og den folkeoplysende voksenundervisning i en række udvalgte kommuner. Undersøgelsen bygger bl.a. på en analyse af folkeoplysningspolitikkerne i kommunerne, kvalitative interview og en spørgeskemaundersøgelse.
