WissenschaftsvermittlerInnen, ExplainerInnen und weitere MitarbeiterInnen besitzen bereits viele Fähigkeiten, die im Umgang mit neuen Gruppen nützlich sind. Bei bestimmten Aspekten mag es jedoch Fortbildungsbedarf geben. Diese Broschüre bietet praktische Tools für MitarbeiterInnen, um ihre interkulturellen Kompetenzen zu fördern und auszubauen. Sie besteht aus einer Reihe von Trainingsmodulen, die für den Einsatz in Trainings entwickelt wurden. Die Übersicht ist eine von mehreren Ressourcen, die im Rahmen des PISEA-Projekts erarbeitet wurden.
Die Idee dieser Zusammenstellung interkultureller und inklusiver Schlüsselkompetenzen für WissenschaftsvermittlerInnen ist es, einen Überblick über Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten zu geben,die für die Arbeit mit benachteiligten Gruppen von erwachsenen MigrantInnen und Flüchtlingen relevant und hilfreich sind. Es ist eine umfassende, aber natürlich nicht vollständige Liste von Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten, die wir in unserer bisherigen Praxis notwendig und nützlich gefunden haben.
The Competence Framework defines knowledge, skills, responsibility and autonomy needed for home-based childminders dealing with children with autism. It also includes the learning design to achieve the defined competences. Thus, this output aims: • to define core skills to support childminders in order to positively and effectively deal with children with autism in line with the guidelines and choices of their families; • to define learning outcomes, and learning units to develop the identified skills; • to ensure compliance with EQF, ECVET and EQAVET principles; • to define the competence framework with the stakeholders.

As an entrepreneur there is a lot to keep in mind when you are first starting out, especially in a new country. This course was created to help a migrant or refugee, make the best start. By the end of this course the entrepreneur should feel more confident about their start-up idea and the next steps in the process. It can be completed online at one's own pace and convenience. First, there is a how-to video for getting started.

This toolkit will provide information on how to work with migrants and refugees, as well as reflective activities for you the supporter, that can be developed. This will be a complete kit for busy professionals that will be useful for social workers who seek to develop and extend responses to the particular needs of migrants and refugees in their communities.

This report is written for migrant entrepreneurs and includes 6 mondules: Soft Skills; Creativity and Innovation; Business Plan; Community and Marketing; E-business and Online Marketing; Customer Service. In this report you will also see national legislation that is key to navigating before and while you operate your business (for Demark, Italy, Greece, Spain and Bulgaria), along with, lists of relevant, country specific organizations for you, a migrant or refugee entrepreneur.

Il progetto TAD -The Ability Advisor

Uudella vuosikymmenellä keskeisin tulevaisuuteen vaikuttava tekijä on ekologisen jälleenrakennuksen kiireellisyys: miten vastaamme ilmastonmuutokseen, luonnon monimuotoisuuden vähenemiseen, resurssien vaihtelevaan saatavuuteen ja jäteongelmaan.

Training manual on Environment & Organic Farming was issued under CONATURE project and is suitable for the organic farmers, Natural & Cultural Heritage experts or educational institutions dealing with the programs for adult learners in the field of Environment & Organic Farming. In other words, the training manual serves for those who take care of the knowledge management transfer to other descendants and who are concerned in the Cultural and Natural Heritage of their ancestors. The key objective of the training manual is to support the adult learners with the best practices, practical activities, up-to-date facts and methodology on Environment & Organic Farming. The material enables the learners to acquire innovative methods, approaches and technologies and thus to increase their professional competencies.

Si è concluso nel mese di dicembre il progetto Sostegno e Condivisione, realizzato dall'Associazione di promozione sociale Sognatore nel deserto ONLUS.

Promosso dal Garante delle persone ristrette della Regione Campania e dal Consiglio Regionale della Campania, si è svolto in tre istituti: la Casa di Reclusione "G.B.Novelli" di Carinola, la Casa Circondariale di Vallo della Lucania e nel Centro Penitenziario "P.Mandato-Secondigliano" di Napoli.
L'iniziativa rientra nell'art 27.3 della nostra Costituzione e dello stesso Ordinamento Penitenziario.

The aim of the study was to identify the factors preventing and increasing the participation of employees in lifelong learning activities. This research aiming to identify the factors that prevent and increase the participation of employees in lifelong learning activities is descriptive. The participants of the research having a descriptive notion consisted of 510 people working in Ankara. The data of the study were collected with a 39-item questionnaire.

Integration af flygtning gennem erhvervsrettet uddannelse

Projektet tilbyder en række ressourcer på dansk til brug ved organisering af arbejdsrelateret uddannelse for voksne flygtninge.

Comisia Europeană (CE) a publicat la sfârșitul anului 2019 o analiză efectuată de EPSC (European Political Strategy Centre) pe tema: 10 trends transforming education as we know it, conform căreia educația se schimbă, iar tendințele mondiale arată o personalizare și o continuitate a învățării, precum și importanța crucială a alfabetizării digitale, a învăța să înveți devenind cea mai importantă aptitudine.

For this report, we conducted interviews with migrant and refugee entrepreneurs and stakeholders who support them in each partner country: Denmark, Italy, Greece, Spain and Bulgaria. We outline the current situation and training available in order to identify resources and gaps in training provisions.
