The current COVID-19 crisis has brought deep disruption at global level and in most realms of life. The crisis has revealed how important basic skills are in terms of helping people cope and adapt to unexpected change, and it has also abundantly shown we were unprepared. As is very often the case, the most vulnerable groups have suffered the most. People without a functional level of literacy, numeracy and digital skills found themselves unable to access the advice from health authorities or to properly evaluate the veracity of other types of information they got, much of which did not come from authoritative sources.

On Thursday 26 November 2020 EPALE will be hosting an online discussion with 30 minutes livestream! To discuss how education in all sectors has been challenged in unprecedented ways with the closure of all types of education institutions, Lauri Tuomi, the CEO of The Finnish Lifelong Learning Foundation (Kvs), and a board member of the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA), will examine the question of a blended approach to adult education.

Two specific trends in today's lifelong learning environment, which we did not think about 10 or 15 years ago: distance or remote trainings play a particularly important role today. Their numbers have risen rapidly. Accordingly, as the form of training changes, learning methods, work tools and interaction are also changing. The other point to note is that it is impossible to do virtually anything without knowing foreign languages.

We think that this website might be useful also outside Norway. It offers a collection of resources in multiple languages, such as information about how to dress the children at wintertime in Norway, texts about Norway, stories that are translated into multiple languages, language and grammar training etc. etc.

Pētījuma mērķis bija izzināt skolotāju un skolēnu attieksmi pret latviešu valodas mācību procesu: kā tas norit un kā tam vajadzētu noritēt, kas kavē un kas veicina latviešu valodas apguvi. Lai atbildētu uz šiem un citiem jautājumiem, svarīgi bija noskaidrot cēloņus, kuri nosaka pozitīvas vai negatīvas attieksmes veidošanos. Pētījuma dati tika iegūti trijos veidos:

anketējot 333 skolēnus no 8. līdz 12.klasei un 65 latviešu valodas skolotājus,

piedaloties astoņās fokusgrupu intervijās Rīgā, Daugavpilī, Rēzeknē un Liepājā,

A világgazdasági értékláncban résztvevő szervezetek számára mindennapos gyakorlattá vált a fizikai helyhez nem kötődő munkavégzés, a csapatok virtuális alapon történő szerveződése. 
A versenyképesség fenntartásának érdekében alkalmazott különböző „kiszervezési” stratégiák, a magasabb hozzáadott értékű szaktudás helyi piacának keresleti és kínálati egyenlőtlenségei, vagy a magasan képzett szakemberek földrajzi diverzitása a vezetési és szervezési funkciók megújítását indokolják.

Prema službenim podacima Europske unije Republika Hrvatska ima još uvijek značajno manji broj polaznika upisanih u programe cjeloživotnog učenja u dobi od 25 do 64 godine života u odnosu na prosjek Europske unije (Pregled obrazovanja i osposobljavanja za 2019.). Iz podataka Eurostata (Pregled obrazovanja i osposobljavanja za 2019.) uočljivo je da je je udio odraslih u obrazovanju u Hrvatskoj 2,9%, prosjek Europske unije je 11,1%.

Nastavno ozračje u tom smislu podrazumijeva kvalitetu odnosa, komunikacije i interakcije sudionika nastavnog procesa (Kyriacou, 2001; Koludrović, 2013).

In doing so, the individual as well as the company or organisation, learned to operate almost instantly in a new way. That resilience and innovation shines the light on endless possibilities for the future.

Ezt a módszertant a „Rapid e-Learning Master” Erasmus+ projekt keretén belül hozták létre – főként a kisközép- és a nagy vállalatok részére. A projekt célja, hogy ez az új tanulási módszer, a „rapid e-learning” – a továbbiakban: REL – minél ismertebbé váljon, és pozitív hatást gyakoroljon a vállalatokra. A Projekt Konzorcium négy szervezete: a Nowoczesna Firma S.A. (Lengyelország), a Management Observatory Foundation (Lengyelország), a Trebag (Magyarország) és a HIC Slovakia (Szlovákia).
