Uurimustöö eesmärgiks oli välja selgitada Kihnu elanike vaade valla elukestva õppe arendamiseks vajalikele tegevustele. Lisaks kaardistada elanike enda elukestvas õppes osalemine. Lähtudes uurimisprobleemist ja eesmärgist otsiti vastuseid järgmistele uurimisküsimustele: 1) missugune on Kihnu valla elanike elukestvas õppes osalemine? 2) kes peaksid kihnlaste arvates panustama Kihnu elukestva õppe arendamisse?; 3) milliseid elukestva õppe vorme ja tegevusi on kihnlaste meelest vaja arendada?

Käesoleva magistritöö eesmärk oli uurida lastekaitsetöötajate arvamusi TAI poolt välja töötatud täienduskoolitusprogrammis osalemise kohta. Soovisin teada, kuidas lastekaitsetöötajad hindavad täienduskoolitustel osalemise kasulikkust ning kas koolitustel omandatud teadmisi ja oskusi rakendatakse oma igapäevases töös. Lisaks soovisin välja selgitada, millistel teemadel lastekaitsetöötajad veel koolitusi vajaksid.

Joe has been training and teaching all his adult life – over 30 years as he turns 57 this year. He is an Assistant Professor running classes of full and part-time students, drawn from across the globe. On Thursday March 12th, the announcement came that all schools and colleges were to close in-person operations from 6 pm that evening.One saving grace of the timing of the crisis for educators has been that almost every teacher I know, including me, had prior contact with their students, had established in-person relationships with them, so we could draw on these relationships as we transitioned into online calls.
