Ces trois documents présent le contenu de la formation développée dans le cadre du projet de prévention du décrochage scolaire financé par Erasmus Plus, Tell Your Story. Il s'agit des productions suivantes :

Dziesmu svētku krātuve ir digitālā kolekcija, kas veltīta Vispārējo latviešu Dziesmu un Deju svētku vēsturei un tradīcijām no to pirmsākumiem līdz mūsdienām. Kolekcijā apkopotas nu jau vairāk nekā 3500 digitalizētas kultūras un atmiņas institūciju krājumu vienības – attēli, plakāti, fotogrāfijas, publikācijas, svētku organizācijas dokumenti, nošu izdevumi, skaņu ieraksti, virsdiriģentu un virsvadītāju atmiņu stāsti un citi materiāli.

Présentation des résultats du projet Erasmus Plus Tell Your Story, qui visait à prévenir le décrochage scolaire en utilisant le storytelling par cartographie numérique. Des groupes de jeunes décrocheurs en France, Slovénie, Italie, Royaume-Uni, Autriche et Belgique ont ainsi présenté leurs histoires en utilisant notamment la cartographie numérique. Ces histoires ont ensuite été présentées à de potentiels décrocheurs en collège afin de provoquer en eux de nouveaux questionnements sur leur avenir. Ce livret présente les résultats du projet et les leçons apprises.

Od momentu, gdy zaczynamy się czegokolwiek uczyć w miarę świadomie i na poważnie, kiełkuje w nas marzenie, żeby to, czego się (na)uczymy, zostało nam na zawsze. Marzenie nieziszczalne, można by rzec, i to dla obu stron-uczestników procesu edukacji: uczniów i nauczycieli. Przekonujemy się przecież dość szybko, jak wiele nam umyka, choć tempo tych „strat” jest różne i dostrzegalne raczej późno.

Celem badania była ocena realizacji działań na rzecz edukacji w regionie, podejmowanych w obszarze edukacji dorosłych (Działanie 10.2 i Poddziałanie 10.3.4), ale także ocena systemu wdrażania, kształcenia zawodowego, edukacji przedszkolnej i kształcenia ogólnego.

Cedefop analītiskā ietvara pieaugušo prasmju pilnveidei  mērķis ir atbalstīt ieinteresētās puses stratēģiskas un koordinētas pieejas izveidē pieaugušo prasmju pilnveidei. Ietvars ir veidots, apvienojot dažādus resursus un zināšanas, kas iegūtas Cedefop (Eiropas Profesionālās izglītības attīstības centra) Izglītības un nodarbinātības departamentā pieaugušo izglītības, pāragras izglītības un mācību pārtraukšanas, finansējuma, pārvaldības, validācijas un darba vidē balstītas izglītības jomās.​

The study lays the foundation for the ensuing development work of the Tell Your Story project. It sums up the results of national and transnational desk-based research activities. The state of the art focuses on three key areas, firstly the current situation regarding prevention of, intervention against, and compensation of early leavers from education and training in the countries participating in the project (FR, AT, BE, SI, UK, IT) and in other European countries and at European level.

The guide summarises the other outcomes of the project and the lessons learnt. It will target relevant stakeholders in the project’s countries (namely: trade-unions, third-age associations, employers’ associations, VET agencies, employment services, policy makers)
and it will contribute to better active ageing policies across EU. It proposes measures to be taken at national or/and European levels for supporting older workers activity on the labour market.

A training package targeting human resources managers, managers, coordinators, directors of organizations / institutions employing a multigenerational staff. The training program provideS resources to adapt the organizational environment to all generations, as well as to fight stereotypes on older workers and to organise intergenerational mentoring programmes. The program will offer resources to promote

This vocational counselling methodology is based on the careful analysis of the
dynamic of European labour market and also on the trend of population aging process in
Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Greece and Romania.
The counselling program that is presented in this methodology has as a central goal
to make operational the functional remaining potential of older workers 55+ in order to
maintain their employability.
The principles which are on the bases of this counselling program are:
1. Each older worker is unique.

In the context of the BeOld project, the transnational report ‘Generations at work – Barriers
and resources of different generations at work’ identifies the framework of older workers’
employment in five EU member states (Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Romania and Spain) in order to
contribute in the wider European endeavor to reform the labor market, into a more inclusive
and efficient one. Currently, reformation of labor market and social security system takes place
all across Europe, rendering age management in the workplace one of the greatest challenges

Com o intuito de criar uma sociedade mais resiliente, estimular novas competências digitais e, ao mesmo tempo, exigir uma melhor preparação da população para um quadro de crescente incerteza, o programa INCoDe.2030 inclui a criação de um Quadro Dinâmico de Referência de Competência Digital (QDRCD), que resulta num instrumento de avaliação das aptidões digitais da população.

Lifelong learning is an important component of the European Union (EU) strategy
for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. Promoting it is part of the EU
guidelines for employment policies as well as the EU education and training
strategy (ET 2020). Job-related adult learning and continuing vocational training
play an essential role in this respect. Beyond initial education, they help to meet
the main skills challenges on the labour market. Adult learning and CVET are
essential to appropriate skills development for employed and non-employed

European economies have recovered to varying degrees from the economic and
financial crisis of 2008 but the effects on labour market dynamics in many EU
Member States have proved profound and lasting. Persistent lack of employment
opportunities, especially among the young and low-skilled, may lead to serious
long-term consequences. Growing social exclusion, disengagement from the
labour market and underuse of human resources can lead to permanently lower
