Looking for KA104-KA2 Partners

Our Centre: CEPA Ramón y Cajal de Parla

We are a public Adult Education School from Madrid, Spain. We serve a diverse student body. A large percentage of our students come from other countries and their social and educational situation is disadvantaged. This centre is one of the main opportunities for social integration of the immigrant population and those that abandoned their studies prematurely.

We provide basic education, vocational training, access to university courses, Spanish for foreigners and other courses to improve personal and professional skills. We are a centre in search of new opportunities for growth and development in order to improve our service and educational attention to adults in the town.

Our centre traditionally maintains frequent coordination with other local, regional and national institutions related to educational, cultural and social area to improve the attention of the educational programs directed to our students.

Our goal is to make contact with other organizations that are dedicated to adult education to improve our teachers’ skills. We want to contact other centres to develop a KA1 or KA2 project.

Proposals or ideas for projects:

We are especially interested in regarding adult learners´ motivation, inclusion, intercultural education, scholar dropout of studies, innovative teaching and learning methodologies with ITC, foreign language learning, or professionalizing adult guidance and counselling.

Expectations regarding knowledge and skills to be gained:

We hope to get to know and share good practices with other professionals and institutions of adult education. Besides, we would like to obtain ideas and partners to launch a training and mobility project for Erasmus + faculty.
