Advocacy Toolkit Financing Adult Learning in Europe

The Advocacy Toolkit, developed in the project Financing Adult Learning in Europe (FinALE), analyses the current situation of the financing of adult education in Europe and makes recommendations to policy-makers and adult education providers and organisations for a better funding of the sector. The toolkit approaches the issue from various angles: it looks at the benefits of adult education and presents learners' stories, it presents a set of indicators on the financing of adult learning that was developed in the project, and it also looks at where investments are needed, and which funding tools work best.
