The article aims at disclosing the importance of reflection for the activity of adult learning teacher in the context of professional activity quality improvement.  The first part of the article highlights the concept of reflection, the second – reveals the models of reflection application in order to get better understanding of this phenomenon as well as to apply it effectively in adult learning teachers’ practical activity.
