See Potential is a campaign that helps employers realise the business benefits of recruiting people who are either:
- Long-term unemployed
- recovering from an addiction
- with a criminal record
- who’ve spent time in care
- homeless or at risk of homelessness
The employment initiative from the Department for Work and Pensions encourages employers to think differently about how they recruit and recognise the potential within people regardless of their background.
There are many benefits to both employers and to many from disadvantaged groups who are too often overlooked when applying for jobs.
