EEPO Review Spring 2015: Upskilling unemployed adults - Luxembourg (2015)

Kieli: EN

Julkaisija Rob Schroeder

The EEPO Review presents an in-depth analysis of funded training provisions across Member States aimed at raising the skills of adult unemployed persons (25-64) with low levels of qualifications or inadequate basic skills.

The report for Luxembourg gives an overview of the training measures and labour market interventions for unemployed adults (aged 25-64) including funding, governance and providers responsible for the implementation of training programmes. It provides detailed information on the most important training provisions available to unemployed adults, and presents two case studies of the most significant practices (namely the CIE and CAE, and the Fit4finance programme). The report is wrapped up by pointing to some of the strengths and weaknesses of the Luxembourg training framework.
