Case studies: Recognising Non-Formal Certificated Learning in the UK and the Netherlands

Kieli: EN

Julkaisija Kathleen Wabrowetz

This resource was created within a project aiming to explore approaches to recognise non-formal certificated learning in the devolved nations of the UK and the Netherlands. The project was conducted within the UK European Qualifications Framework (EQF) Work Programme for 2012/2013.

The project identified case studies for all participating countries. The case studies for the Netherlands and the UK are presented in this report. There is the Open College Network (OCN) Certification, endorsements of employer training by Recognised Awarding Organisations or the development of an NHS Accredited Pathway within the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales (CQFW), to name a few examples.
