A practical exploration of the evidence-based practise of mindfulness as a key resource for wellbeing and resilience in the workplace, specifically in the context of current changes in work practises, including remote working and changes in work practises.
Participants will be put through some taster practices together and explore key issues such as:

- What is the scientific evidence for its efficacy in the workplace?
- What are the low cost, impactful starting places you can use in your workplace?
