The Literacy for all – European Library Network is a network for those who work in libraries in the field of adult literacy. The network formed in 2014 with 20 members from throughout Europe. Its purpose is to discuss and share ideas regarding functional literacy and the role that libraries can play in improving the literacy of Europe's population.

Our NGO, non-profit foundation is focusing on personal development using art, archaic sound, music (folk, intuitive singing etc). Our trainers realized many events and projects (local and international) of art education (V4, Grundtvig, LdV).


Kurskollektivet is officially approved as a provider of courses in Norwegian language and social studies for adult immigrants, and is located in north of Norway. We offer language courses on all levels, and develop language learning materials for adults.

inlingua Edinburgh Language Centre

We are a language centre located in the heart of Edinburgh, UK. For the last 10 years, we have been providing language training, translations and work placement services to institutions and individuals from around the world.

Since 2007, we have been working with EU sponsored clients to enhance their skills through English language tuition, teacher training and work placements. Je souhaiterais réaliser un projet d'échanges en francais ou en italien avec des écoles s'occupant de l'éducation des adultes (qui ont plus de 16 ans) en dedans d'actions formatives de seconde chance sur n'importe quel sujet.

Notre public cible est assez vaste: dès ados de 16 ans aux travailleurs jusqu'aux personnes a^gées, compris les détenus, qui veulent obtenir un brévet d'études du premier cycle ou simplement ameliorer ses competences linguistiques, communicatives et informatiques. Bref, notre école offre d'ultériores opportunités formatives.


La scuola gestisce percorsi di istruzione riservati agli adulti over 16 così organizzati: a) percorsi di primo livello, finalizzati al conseguimento del titolo conclusivo del primo ciclo; al conseguimento delle competenze di base connesse all'obbligo di istruzione; percorsi di alfabetizzazione e apprendimento della lingua italiana livello A2; b) percorsi di secondo livello, finalizzati al conseguimento del diploma di istruzione tecnica, professionale e artistica, realizzati presso le istituzioni scolastiche di secondo grado mediante  accordi di rete con il CPIA.

Foundation Institute for Regional Development

FIRR is Polish non-profit NGO with a status of the public benefit organization. Our interest is related to groups in situation of social exclusion, especially disabled people. We put our effort to enable those groups to fully participate in cultural, public, civil, economic and all other activities. We are strongly involved in the activities improving their educational, employment and social opportunities by providing them with a variety of courses.

Centrum Hewelianum

The Hewelianum Centre is an educational and recreational centre for all age groups situated on the grounds of the Fort Góra Gradowa in Gdańsk. The view from the top of the hill is the panorama of the historic town and the industrial landscape of the shipyard grounds. A picturesque park and a complex of restored 19th-century military remains hosting interactive exhibitions - this is today’s image of the Fort of Góra Gradowa.


abz*austria is a non-profit women’s organisation that has been devoted to the equality of men and women on the Austrian labour market ever since it was founded in 1992.

ASG - Anerkannte Schulgesellschaft mbH

The ASG is a  great educational service from Germany with headquarters in the town of Annaberg - Buchholz (Saxony). Our business is dedicated to the general education of childcare centers to high schools and school-based vocational training in vocational schools and technical schools, as in the professions caregiver, educators, nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist and support workers.


The ’EUROED’ ASSOCIATION is a Romanian NGO aiming at promoting and supporting continuous learning of adults in accordance with European standards, as a way of improving the knowledge of the adults from the perspective of new challenges and requirements.
‘EUROED’ ASSOCIATION’s activities are as follows:
- organizing VET training courses, as adult education provider authorised by National Qualifications Authority, for the following professional training programs: Project Manager, Train the trainers, Entreprenorial competences, IT competences and Communication in English;

Stockholm School of the Arts

Stockholm School of Arts/Kulturskolan Stockholm (SSA), one of Europe’s greatest schools of art for young people, is a municipality activity within the Culture administration in the City of Stockholm. The Stockholm School of the Arts provides a wide range leisure activities for young people aged 6-22 years who reside in the city of Stockholm. Courses cover a wide range of activities in music, drama, dance, fine art and media. There are currently 15000 young people enrolled and the organisation hosts a staff of 350 teachers, technicians and administrative personnel.

Vilnius Gabriele Petkevicaite-Bite Adult Education Centre

Our organization has 13 years of experiance in international projects (Grundtvig, Nordpuls Adult, Erasmus +). We are looking for the partners all over the Europe, who provide adult education service and can share their experience in methodology of adult education.

Aspena jazyková škola, s.r.o.

Right from its inception, the Aspena Language School has profiled itself as an alternative language centre for demanding clients. The key to its success primarily lies in performing a detailed customer needs analysis and adopting an individual approach throughout the course of study programmes. We were among the first to start offering courses in small groups with attendance starting from as few as 3 students. This allows students sufficient room to express themselves independently while also making it possible to adopt an individual approach during the class.

Vilnius Gabriele Petkevicaite-Bite Adult Education Centre

Vilnius Gabrielė Petkevičaitė-Bitė Adult Education Centre (hereinafter called as Education Centre) was founded in 1994 by the model of the Danish FYN‘S County schools. In 1998, the institution was named after Gabrielė Petkevičaitė-Bitė, a famous writer and public figure associated with educational activities. In 1926, she opened the first adult evening courses.
The motto of Education Centre is as follows: "It is never too late to learn".

Svefi/Sverigefinska folkhögskolan

Svefi Academy is a liberal adult and professional education institution located in a rural area in Northern Sweden, founded in 1973. The aim of the institution is to give its students and participants an opportunity to study, expand their knowledge in different areas and develop social competence taking into consideration each individual’s prerequisites and interests. Svefi works for the Swedish-Finnish minority and promotes the culture and bilingualism through education in Finnish and Swedish.


In Sweden, people have the right to enrol in a regular upper secondary school until they are 20 years old. After that there are various forms of adult education organised by many different operators, from national and municipal adult education, to labour market training, in-service training and skills enhancement in the workplace.
