My name is Sona Stefkova, and I represent an adult educational company in Bratislava (Slovakia) - topcoach.sk.
We are interested to be a partner in a KA2, mostly in KA204 projects working with adult learners, self development and leadership programs.

Moreover, we would like to offer you also our own product - NewLeaders Academy: aiming to develope the future generation of excellent leaders – leaders can be understood in different contexts, because we believe, that skills which we are developing at this Academy are necessary and universal for leaders in any segment, for any leading person...
Our NewLeaders Academy focuses on these selected skills, which are developed and unlocked throughout trainings, workshops, mentoring and coaching sessions provided by professional lectures, trainers and coaches.

Topics of the Academy (topics can be always adjusted according to the client‘s needs and requirements):

1. Emotional intelligence
2. Biochemistry of the leader‘s personality
3. Effective and assertive communication
4. Motivating and inspiring leader
5. Leader in the role of coach
6. Charisma of leaders
7. Creative thinking and innovations
8. Typology of the leaders‘ personality
9. Effective cross-team collaboration
10. Persuasion and argumentation
11. Decision-making in the role of leader

This Academy could be integrated into your KA1 or KA2 project and we are able to deliver it in Slovak and English language.

Target groups:

• Organisational leaders
• Program leaders and coordinators
• Project leaders and coordinators 

Location and date of the implementation:
Bratislava, Slovakia and concrete dates of the Academy will be decided together with those who will apply for KA1 or KA2 project; within period 2019-2002.

Working methods:
The course embraces elements of education, discussion, reflective approaches and working exercises. 

Group of participants:
Up to 15 participants.

Costs for the Academy:
Cost for implementation of the Course is in line with costs that emerge in case of KA1, KA2 projects under Erasmus+ guidelines.
