The main objectives of the Foundation are as follows:

• Promotion of good practices in the development of culture and education at local, regional, national and international levels;
• Development of creative solutions for the realization of cultural products and events;
• Creation, distribution and preservation of cultural property in the fields of theater, music, cinema, audiovisual, literature, translation, dance, circus, plastic arts, architecture, design, folklore and cultural and historical heritage;
• Support for the creation of partnerships and cooperation in the field of education and culture;
• Creation and development of networks of organizations active in the field of education and culture;
• Support for the development of public-private partnerships and cultural entrepreneurship;
• Integration of technological solutions and innovations in the activities of the organization.

Culture Hub Bulgaria is using education and culture to develop talent and opportunities for creative individuals, through transmission of knowledge and European expertise and through promotion of innovative practices. We are linking three main fields of action:

EDUCATION: 

> to provide innovative and sustainable educational opportunities to the Bulgarian communities, targeting with priority the disadvantaged areas,  and to encourage creativity and art as a teaching methodology

> to increase the number of trained professionals and cultural management specialists by organizing trainings and capacity building programs in collaboration with European partners

> to increase the quality of life-long learning in the country

PARTNER PROJECTS:

> to create and join international networks and foster new collaborations

> to provide assistance in applications for projects on the European level as well as their organization, implementation and evaluation

ART AND CREATIVITY:

> to promote local art, artistic and artisan practices through developing an art market in Bulgaria and through creating new opportunities for partner projects

> to provide support to cultural professionals, artists and interested individuals in finding funds, planning and implementing projects

We consider cultural and creative sector as an important tool for development and cross-sectorial innovation. Our mission is to make Culture Hub Bulgaria a space for common dialogue and exchange of ideas among motivated, creative individuals who want to make a difference in their community by implementing various innovative interdisciplinary projects for the benefit of our target groups. We, as a platform, act as facilitators in making those ideas and projects come true through our collaboration and international networks.

We have 16 members (and growing). 3 persons are directly involved in the work of the organization on a volunteer basis.

The means of achieving the Foundation's goals are as follows:

- Creating and organizing educational and cultural events and festivals;

- Developing strategic and programmatic documents;

- Participation in the development and management of projects related to the development of culture and education;

- Assisting members of the Foundation and other stakeholders in establishing business contacts and establishing business relations in the country and abroad;

- Developing and promoting innovative solutions, technologies and products;

- Consultations in the field of planning, management and reporting of educational and cultural projects;

Organization of seminars, courses, discussions and other similar events aimed at enhancing knowledge in the management of educational and cultural projects;

- Organization of publishing and production activities, mediation and partnership with similar organizations in the country and abroad;

- Development of software and other technological solutions;

- Other activities that contribute to the achievement of the Foundation's objectives.
