In France, the Continuing Vocational Training (CVET) is characterized by an original construction leaving an important place for the collective bargaining, and containing modalities of access to the training, varying according to the status of the individuals. This criterion became less stringent with the creation, in 2015, of the Personal Training Account. This scheme to provide access to training is in fact not linked to status but to the person.
