Kako zgraditi timski duh, izboljšati komunikacijo, dvigniti moralo in vzpostaviti zaupanje? In se pri tem še zabavati? Velika knjiga o teambuilding igrah (The big book of team building games) ponuja prav to. V njej najdete uporabne igre, s katerimi boste odgovorili na zgornji vprašanji, hkrati pa se boste naučili tudi nekaj preprostih trikov, kako igre predstaviti in kako izbrati pravilne aktivnosti za določene situacije.

In diesem Projekt mit dem Titel “New WBL” entwickeln neun Partner in fünf europäischen Ländern Modelle für arbeitsplatzbezogenes Lernen als Instrument der Politikberatung. Beteiligte Länder sind Slowenien, Bulgarien und Lettland. Ziel des Projekts ist es, diese Länder in die Lage zu versetzen Reformen im Bereich der beruflichen Aus- und Fortbildung voranzubringen. Arbeitsplatzbezogenes Lernen soll in Zukunft deutlich stärker integriert werden.

In this projekt named "New WBL" nine partners in five european countries develope work-based learning models to serve as an instrument of policy guidance. Participating countries are Slovenia, Bulgaria and Latvia. The aim of the project ist to enable these countries to promote reforms in the area of vocational education and training. Work-based learing ist intended to be integrated much stronger in the future. To meet the needs of the labour market in an appropriate way there ist the plan not to look for an "onesize fits all" model, but to identify three separate approaches.

Health Literacy at the Deep End: Addressing Health Inequalities

Health Literacy, an interest group of stakeholders who are interested in building the evidence base for Health Literacy, are holding their 4th UK conference at Golden Jubilee, conference hotel, Clydebank, Glasgow on the 18th March. The conference will include opening speech by Maureen Watt, Minister for Public Health Scotland and will include high profile speakers from across the UK, sharing current thinking, research and practice in a series of parallel sessions and workshops.

V Črnomlju je bil 5. februarja 2016 strokovni posvet na temo Izobraževanje odraslih v Beli krajini v prihodnje, in sicer v sklopu praznovanja občinskega praznika. Namen posveta je bil seznanjanje vseh deležnikov s cilji izobraževanja odraslih v Beli krajini, partnersko povezovanje in sodelovanje ter prispevek k uresničevanju razvojnih ciljev lokalnega okolja.

Het Britse Departement of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) heeft een rapport gepubliceerd over een recent onderzoek naar de gevolgen van slechte taal-en rekenvaardigheden voor werkgevers. Het rapport tracht het gebrek aan bewijs over de gangbaarheid van slechte basisvaardigheden op de werkvloer en de gevolgen daarvan aan de orde te stellen, evenals de kosten en voordelen verbonden aan de door de overheid gesubsidieerde training basisvaardigheden.

Čeprav je motivacija pogosto uporabljena beseda, še posebej rada se omenja v povezavi z nagrajevanjem zaposlenih, menim, da se uporablja upravičeno. Prepričanje, da zna motivirati vsak in da je to predvsem stvar zdrave pameti, po mojem mnenju in več kot 30-letnih delovnih izkušnjah, od tega več kot 20 let na področju izobraževanja odraslih, ne vzdrži. Opažam, da ljudje, predvsem tisti na vodilnih položajih, o njej še vedno ne vedo dovolj. Pogosto zaradi preobremenjenosti z drugimi nalogami pozabljajo in spregledajo prav tisto, s čimer bi lahko, po mojem prepričanju, sami najbolj prispevali k boljšemu delovnemu vzdušju.

Blended Learning: Embedding Practice

University of Leeds and Future Learn bring together the second instalment of the Blended Learning Essentials course which builds upon part one Blended Learning: Getting Started. The three week course begins on the 1st February 2016 and requires four hours per week to complete.

The course is ideal for those working in further education, skills training, vocational education, workplace learning, lifelong learning or adult education. The topics covered include learning from experience and tackling difficult challenges with the help of blended learning.

Blended Learning Essentials: Getting Started

This first instalment of the course is designed to help participants understand the benefits of blended learning. The five week course begins on the 7th March 2016 and requires four hours per week to complete.

Future Learn is hosting free courses, designed by University of Leeds for the Vocational Education and Training sector to promote effective practice and pedagogy in blended learning. The courses are ideal for those working in further education, skills training, vocational education, workplace learning, lifelong learning or adult education.

“Job-related adult learning and continuing vocational training in Europe: A statistical picture” é o título do relatório apresentado pelo Centro Europeu para o Desenvolvimento da Formação Profissional, refletindo sobre a importância das políticas da União Europeia (UE) no que se refere ao aumento da participação dos adultos na educação e formação, à diminuição das desigualdades e ao envolvimento do mercado de trabalho na definição das políticas de educação e formação.

A organização do trabalho e das práticas de desenvolvimento de competências que beneficiam quer os empregados quer os empregadores foram o pano de fundo do seminário que decorreu, no dia 19 de novembro, em Bruxelas, coorganizado pelo Centro Europeu para o Desenvolvimento da Formação Profissional (CEDEFOP), pelo Eurofound e pelo Comité Económico e Social Europeu.
