4 avenues to explore to support a cultural revolution. Change is not about the conditional legal recognition of what many companies consider to be on-the-job training. The opportunity to finance workplace learning (WL) will quickly face the challenges of cultural change and the traceability rules of financiers, which, in most cases, could be resolved through the provision of feedback. Also to overcome too much appropriation by companies, here are several avenues to explore that focus on the objective of WL rather than its use. Intended for financiers, training professionals and anyone else who wishes to “think outside the box”.

To explore ways of a fast access of immigrants and refugees to the world of work – this was the main goal of the ERASMUS+ Strategic Partnership “New TALENTS for companies – developing the potentials of immigrants and refugees” The Austrian, German, Italian, Norwegian and Swedish project partners are main stakeholders of integration and implemented new strategies of labour market access – as jobs are the most important basis for integration.

Suite à la dernière réforme de la formation professionnelle continue, l’AFEST (Action de Formation En Situation de Travail) est devenue est une modalité pédagogique à part entière. Dispositif formel de formation, l’AFEST relève d’une ingénierie précise. EPALE France s’est associée à la revue Education Permanente, dont le numéro 216 porte sur l’apprentissage et la formation en situation de travail, pour proposer une journée d’échanges et de réflexion sur l’AFEST.

Każdy człowiek jest inny. Jest jedyną i niepowtarzalną jednostką, posiadającą indywidualne doświadczenia życiowe, system wartości, przekonania i umiejętności. Istnieją jednak pewne cechy i postawy, mające związek z otoczeniem, a także sytuacją społeczną, gospodarczą, rodzinną, kulturową, w której dorastamy i kształtujemy się. Wdrażamy się do sposobu życia swojej grupy i szerszego społeczeństwa poprzez uczenie się od innych osób wzorów, wartości, norm, reguł, idei zawartych w danej kulturze.
