Με μεγάλη επιτυχία πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 27 Ιουνίου 2019 η εκδήλωση διάχυσης αποτελεσμάτων του ευρωπαϊκού προγράμματος κινητικότητας «ERASMUS+ Αυτοκίνητα», του 1ου ΕΠΑ.Λ. ΑΡΓΟΥΣ η οποία πραγματοποιήθηκε στη Ρουμανία από 19 Μαρτίου έως 02 Απριλίου 2019. 

Wie können wir den digitalen Wandel in Einrichtungen der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung gestalten? Die Lernarchitektur von Social-Blended-Learning-Formaten kann helfen, eigene Problemstellungen zu bearbeiten und (digitale) Lösungen zu finden.

Jaunajiem uzņēmējiem, kas līdz uzņēmuma dibināšanas brīdim bijuši darba ņēmēji ar noteiktām profesionālajām kompetencēm, jāmācās domāt kā uzņēmējiem. Par "mācību vidi", kas viņiem ir ļoti svarīga, kļūst pats uzņēmuma dibināšanas process un pirmie soļi uzņēmēja statusā.

The European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA) today launched an online library as a single-point of access to quality materials, practical tools and guidance on apprenticeships to help the EAfA members and key stakeholders in designing and delivering quality and effective apprenticeships.

I have been volunteering for the past 11 years. Together with my colleagues from the Association for Social Integration and Environmental Protection, I set up the Braşov Volunteer Center in 2008. These years of community involvement have meant for me a continuous learning process about the variety of volunteers.

The EUBILD-UNAKLIM project offers adult education in environmental, nature and climate protection in Germany, Poland, Hungary and Romania. All teaching units are barrier-free and can be found on our website. The course languages are German, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian and English. International internships in our networks round up the exciting training program.

Das Projekt EUBILD-UNAKLIM bietet Erwachsenenweiterbildung im Umwelt-, Natur- und Klimaschutz in Deutschland, Polen, Ungarn und Rumänien an. Alle Lehreinheiten sind barrierefrei auf unseren Plattformen zu finden. Kurssprachen sind Deutsch, Polnisch, Ungarisch, Rumänisch und Englisch. Internationale Praktika in unseren Netzwerken runden diese spannende Weiterbildung ab.

     The concept of informal learning is becoming more and more important with the spread of digital learning. The informal side of digital learning is also due to the fact that it has started to cover a significant part of the learning experience of the employees. Due to digital informal learning, employees working in the field of learning and development today need to reconsider all approaches.

      From the stories we tell each other at lunch to the e-mail we send to help our colleague about the system we use, informal learning has become an important part of every aspect of our lives. However, methods that support informal learning are changing. Informal learning can be realized more effectively as we have increased access to new technologies and adaptability.

All’interno del progetto “Erfahrungen mit Gentle Teaching. Vielfalt braucht Vielfältiges” (Erasmus Ka219), si è recentemente svolto “The Gentle Day” e presentata la brochure multilingue “I would like if… “, entrambi ispirati al metodo Gentle Teaching.

Međunarodna pomorska vježba ADRION LIVEX 19 čiji je domaćin Vojska Crne Gore, održava se od 18. do 28. juna u akvatoriju Crne Gore. Na vježbi učestvuju mornarice šest zemalja Adrion inicijative: Italija, Grčka, Slovenija, Hrvatska, Albanija i Crna Gora. Vježba će imati intervidovski karakter jer će, pored pomorskih, biti angažovane i vazduhoplovne snage.

Vježba se realizovati u tri faze, i to:

Our project called  Stajyerler Avrupa'da İlerliyor, which we have prepared for the students studying in Motor Vehicles Technology and Electrical-Electronics Technology departments, has been successfully completed.
Within the scope of our project, 7 students and 1 companion teacher from the Department of Motor Vehicles Technology went to Colegiul Tehnic Dimitrie Leonida training center in Romania between 20.01.2019-02.02.2019 and made an internship on Hybrid and Electric Motors.

Kogukonna aiandusprojektid võivad mõjuda tervendavalt ja üldist heaolu tõstvalt ning pakuvad ammendamatuid täiskasvanuõppe võimalusi. Vabatahtlike ja töötajate jaoks on see hea võimalus tähtsaid oskuseid arendada, nende hulgas neid, mis keskenduvad toidu ohutusele, keskkonnale ja teadusele, aga ka kogukonda panustamisele ja meeskonnatööle. Neid oskuseid saab rakendada edasises õppetegevuses ja karjääris. Kõik, kes on aiandusprojektiga seotud, saavad oma vaimse ja füüsilise tervise paranemisele hoogu juurde tänu looduses viibimisele ja kogukonda panustamisele. 

Norway had a skills reform about twenty years ago. It’s now time for a new reform, aiming to strengthen the opportunities for learning throughout life for all. The Governemnt’s ambition is that the Norwegian systems for education and lifelong learning will respond flexibly and smoothly to changes in skills needs. To succeed in this, both the Government, the employers and the employees must contribute to the reform.

Ekspertutvalget for etter- og videreutdanning publiserte nylig rapporten Lærekraftig utvikling. Arbeidet ble ledet av Simen Markussen, seniorforsker ved Frisch-senteret.


The Expert Committee for Further and Continuing Education appointed by the Norwegian government (Ekspertutvalget for etter- og videreutdanning), recently published the report “Lærekraftig utvikling” (“Learnable development”). The work was led by Simen Markussen, Senior Research Fellow at The Frisch Centre.


4 avenues to explore to support a cultural revolution. Change is not about the conditional legal recognition of what many companies consider to be on-the-job training. The opportunity to finance workplace learning (WL) will quickly face the challenges of cultural change and the traceability rules of financiers, which, in most cases, could be resolved through the provision of feedback. Also to overcome too much appropriation by companies, here are several avenues to explore that focus on the objective of WL rather than its use. Intended for financiers, training professionals and anyone else who wishes to “think outside the box”.
