Yhteiskuntavastuu vaatii yrityksiä tekemään vastuullisia valintoja ja rajoittamaan toimintojensa kielteisiä ympäristövaikutuksia. Kuluttajien tietoisuus ostospäätösten vaikutuksista on lisääntynyt jatkuvasti, ja siksi yhteiskuntavastuuta edistävien organisaatioiden suosio on kasvanut. Pienilläkin muutoksilla voi olla suuri merkitys. Vihreämmän vuosikymmenen kynnyksellä myös koulutuksen järjestäjien on pohdittava mahdollisten muutosten toteuttamista ja ympäristön tukemista.

We receive international students, teachers and trainers during the whole year. Courses are offered in three different editions and with different formats. Each course is structured so that it is possible to attend the basic level (20 hours in 7 days) or the advanced level (40 hours in 14 days). The purpose of the study was to explore the requirements of schools to increase intergenerational learning, collaboration and solidarity amongst the Baby Boomers, X and Y generations, based on the views of school principals. The research focused on how to create spaces for interaction among different generations and what consequences will arise when intergenerational spaces are created. This study was conducted with phenomenological research design.

The aim of this study was to examine the perspective of school administrators with regard to teachers from different generations. In this study, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each generation were examined. This study was conducted as a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) analysis. The study group consisted of 26 school administrators from the Dilovası district of Kocaeli province, Turkey.
