Aprendizaje en el lugar de trabajo

Solas, Autoritatea Irlandeză pentru Învățare și Formare, a publicat „Supporting Working Lives And Enterprise Growth In Ireland: 2018-2021”. Acest document este un cadru de politici pentru educație și formare ulterioară, pentru dezvoltarea competențelor forței de muncă ce stabilește un cadru de politici pentru oportunități de dezvoltare a angajaților în Irlanda.

Noua politică privind dezvoltarea competențelor forței de muncă sunt susținute de cinci idei principale, și anume:

Digital learning workplace

Digitalne tehnologije imaju veoma veliki potencijal za širenje učenja odraslih na radnom mjestu. EPALE tematski koordinator, Andrew McCoshan, je radio sa predstavnicima država članica EU u radnoj grupi za izradu dokumenta Obrazovanje i obuka 2020 u oblasti stručnog obrazovanja kako bi istražio prilike i izazove. Digital learning certificate

Vicki Liogier from ETF and Ben Charles from the Global Learning Skills Partnership delivered the Digital Skills for Adult Educators workshop at the Upskilling Pathways Conference 2019. Both presenters provided information on their organisations and projects, discussed the need for digital skills to be harnessed by education staff both for their own development and the development of their learners, and emphasised the need for institutions and originations to develop effective digital frameworks to encourage adequate skills development.

Das Portal wb-web veröffentlichte das Dossier "Beruflich weiterbilden". Die Inhalte gehen über die formale berufliche Weiterbildung hinaus. Informell oder non-formal erworbene Kompetenzen werden ebenso berücksichtigt, wie formale Weiterbildungsangebote der beruflichen Weiterbildung. Damit reagiert wb-web auf die Anforderungen im Feld.

To increase the opportunities for learners with additional learning needs by offering innovative Vocational Education & Training and the opportunity to carry out work internships in Europe.

Partners from Italy, France, Austria, Poland and Spain as well as North West Regional College from Northern Ireland have been co-operating to develop training materials and to champion a more appropriate approach to WBL for learners with Additional Learning Needs.

Dans le cadre de l'Agenda Européen pour la Formation des Adultes (AEFA), l'Agence Erasmus+ France / Education Formation a coordonné l'expérimentation de deux outils pour développer et reconnaître les compétences des adultes peu/pas qualifié.

Mobile learning is recognized by many researchers as an important component of learning in the future, even as an integral part of the educational process. Some of the features of mobile learning and methodological problems in lifelong learning allow this pair to be combined to reveal the ideal and fulfill the vision of lifelong learning.

'Supporting Working Lives And Enterprise Growth In Ireland: 2018-2021 further education and training policy framework for skills development of people in employment' was published by Solas (The Irish Further Education and Training Authority) in 2018. It sets out a policy framework for employee development opportunities in Ireland. 

 

Five principal drivers underpin the new policy on skills development of employees in the workforce.

(i) Supporting enhanced productivity in Irish SMEs

Ces dernières années, l’Agenda Européen pour la Formation des Adultes (AEFA) a porté ces travaux sur deux thématiques : l’AFEST (action de formation en situation de travail) et les compétences transversales. Les résultats de ces actions ont donné lieu à l’édition de deux guides pratiques destinés aux professionnels et aux organismes de formation / d’insertion / d’orientation. Ils ont été présentés lors de la journée de restitution de l'AEFA (Agence Erasmus + France / Education & Formation).
Successful projects

Between 11-13 November, EPALE organised an online event for successful projects from workplace learning. We had various contributions from a wide range of adult learning professionals from 20 European countries. The online sharing of projects showed the wide range of issues tackled and approaches undertaken to adult learning in the workplace. A broad mix of projects and schemes were posted, carried out both by national and international groups of partners. They provide inspiring examples for others in Europe. A number of themes emerged, which are identified below, illustrated with examples. It’s important to note that each project addressed several themes and not just the one picked out below.

Speaking sessions are filled with the highest ranked submissions from a call for abstracts of published applied research. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our two moderators for the day, Nigel Oseland (Workplace Unlimited) and Nicola Gillen (Cushman & Wakefield).

Abstracts are blind reviewed by our selection team, and judged on the following criteria:

Original idea and content

Machine technician Göksel Vatandaş and his Romanian wife Laura Citizen met in Romania 20 years ago. The couple married after a while and settled in Istanbul. Laura decided to go to her husband's turnery workshop with him everyday and started to learn the profession of turnery to support the family. She also successfully completed the courses she attended and became a master in turnery profession in 8 years. The couple settled in Marmaris district of Muğla 4 years ago and they started to operate a machine shop in the industrial site.

Az egészségfejlesztés tipikusan az a terület, ahol nem tudunk máról holnapra kimagasló eredményeket elérni. A rendelkezésre álló eszközök megfelelő használatával azonban célt érhetünk. A munka-magánélet közti egyensúlyozásban egyre növekvő számban jelennek meg a home-office/ távmunka munkavégzést támogató, kínáló, felajánló munkáltatók. A cégek munkaerőhiánnyal küzdenek, s ennek felszámolásának egyik lehetséges módja – erre alkalmas munkakörökben – a munkavégzés feltételeinek ilyen irányú átalakítása. Megoldást jelenthet ez a tényleges fizikai jelenlétet nem igénylő munkakörökben, mikor a feladatok ellátáshoz az irodában is pusztán számítógépre, internetre van szükség.   Bejegyzésemben a munkahelyi egészségfejlesztés kiterjesztésében rejlő lehetőségeket szeretném érinteni a teljesség igénye nélkül, közös gondolkodásra hívva az olvasókat. A HR, a munkáltató számára talán több feladatot ró, ugyanakkor megnő a prevenció lehetősége is azáltal, hogy a családok otthonába könnyebben eljut, ezáltal a társadalom egészére gyakorolhat hatást. Az egészségfejlesztés tipikusan az a terület, ahol nem tudunk máról holnapra kimagasló eredményeket elérni. A rendelkezésre álló eszközök megfelelő használatával azonban célt érhetünk.
