Apie savivaldų suaugusiųjų mokymąsi kalbama jau nuo XX a. antros pusės, kai žinomas JAV suaugusiųjų švietėjas Malkolmas Tough publikavo savo tiriamąjį darbą apie suaugusiųjų mokymosi projektus, kurių jie imasi bent kartą metuose. Šie projektai – tai labai sąmoningos ir tikslingos pastangos įgyti tam tikrų žinių ar gebėjimų. Daugiau apie M. Tough indėlį į suaugusiųjų švietimą galite rasti /en/node/39025.

 

TRADITIONAL GÜMÜŞHANE RUGS

Gümüşhane Public Education Center Rug Weaving Workshop was established in June 2016.From that day to this 3 courses succesfully completed and 36 course attandees produced several genuine rugs.İn the frame of the first course which was opened with collaboration of Labour Office (İŞKUR) attandees was paid daily wage. Traditional Rug Weaving courses are  held 792 hours each.

Kansainvälisen yrittäjyyden ja tehokkaiden kansainvälistymisstrategioiden käsikirja akateemisille spin-off –yrityksille toimii opintomateriaalina kurssilla, joka on kehitetty Euroopan Unionin Erasmus+ -ohjelman rahoittamassa Global-Spin –projektissa – kansainvälinen yrittäjyys ja yritysten oppiminen: akateemisten spin off –yritysten toimivien kansainvälistymisstrategioiden edistäminen. Projektin tavoitteena on edistää eurooppalaisten akateemisten spin-off -yritysten ja startuppien kilpailukykyä auttamalla niitä kohtaamaan kansainvälistymiseen liittyviä haasteita.

The Corporate Learning Tool is a free, online tool aiming to improve the competiveness of European Academic Spin-Offs and Start-ups by supporting them to effectively deal with the challenges faced when internationalising their businesses and to improve their global talent management. The Handbook on Transnational Entrepreneurship and Effective Internationalization Strategies for Spin Offs (pdf version available here bellow) is the off-line (downloadable) version of the training programme.

The BBC Make it Digital (MID) course is a non-credited, short-term course run by Belfast Met and the BBC Northern Ireland. The aim of the course is to develop the skills of NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training) students and to give them experience in the creative indistry. The course was originally aimed at young people between the ages of 16 and 24, but was expanded to include unemployed and economically inactive adults aged 25 and over. This blog post includes information about the course, the targeted demographic, the retention number, successes and lessons learnt.

To już czwarta edycja konferencji dla praktyków zajmujących się rozwojem pracowników w organizacjach z wykorzystaniem technologii. 

Konferencja ma bardzo ciekawą formułę sprzyjającą wymianie doświadczeń i networkingowi. Uczestnicy siedzą przy stołach wraz z innymi osobami. Skład stolików jest najczęściej branżowy. Dzięki takiej formule panuje bardzo dobra atmosfera współpracy.
